Wouldn't be surprised if we lose this one and the hot takes come flying. I think we'll struggle at the beginning of the season then hit our stride. We'll see, just happy Laker basketball is back.

I wonder who will be the starting PG?
They came out weeks ago and said it would be rondo, because ball is hurt and will miss the start of the season.
But then ball came back early and played in the preseason.
Is ball the starter?
Is it rondos job to lose?
I don’t feel like ball is the type of player who will be mad if he did end up coming off the bench (each rondo and ball playing 24ish mins at pg)
Certainly will be intresting to watch their mins and body language.

USA Celtics in full effect. Amazing chemistry building experience right there for the main core of the team
Proceeds to finish 7th and shames the entire nation!

I actually think we will win this. Lebron will assert himself probably to an unnecessary level just to set the tone for the season. Ofcourse, its against the Blazers.....in Portland..so maybe I'm delusional.

Very well could be Rondo....but that doesn't mean he'll still be starting in Jan. We shall see.
Tough matchup tonight. Good team who plays very well at home. Portland seems to stick it to us alot up there. So I won't take shame from a close loss tonight. Win would be good. We have a guy who can 'will us to victory' and take a game over now. Something we haven't legitimately had in about 5-6-years. Gotta give everyone some time to get on same page.
So glad B-Ball is back. So looking forward to 82 games not being this death-march anymore....but fun, and the journey to a playoff run. Playoffs......anyone remember those???

Lonzo better come out here and ball, cause he'll need to be good defensively to shut down Lillard. He also better start getting his shots in because we simply cannot have a repeat of last season with him offensively.
Kuz got done dirty i think though, i'd have had him in the lineup instead of KCP and played Ingram at the 2.

We got the dirtiest bench in the league with Rondo Hart Lance Kuz and Beas coming in. They are better than literally every back up that they are going to face this season.

Again dulcer is wrong because Harkless is not playing. And I will get back to making these GT's again, the team is back and so this board must return to the ways of how we use to get down. Others have to step up in those efforts for the GT's
As far as this game we have to contain one of Dame or CJ, Portland's bench not really as strong as media would make it seem. I think if we out rebound them and push tempo we win but this game will be a dog fight only cause it's Portland.

Feels so weird starting the season this early. Dunno if I'll get to see any games, but will watch in spirit.
