You can always hear Rondo yelling something. It's nice to have a floor leader that's vocal.

Start boxing out, make even a few 3s and play better defense and we should be OK.

Saw most of the 2nd quarter, McGee looking pretty good. What'd I miss?

Okay. So stauskus isn’t going to have another half of nba basketball again like that in his life.

Lakers only down two

Lakers are fine
USA Celtics in full effect. Amazing chemistry building experience right there for the main core of the team

Painful. Not to single him out, because nobody's hitting, but Ingram's just got to make outside shots if he's going to be the player we need him to be. Frustrating given that he can get a good look pretty much any time he wants.

Ingram, KCP, abd Kuz too.

All those open 3s Nik got were erased the second kcp came back in the game and went over all those screens. That lob javale caught cake after kcp ran a wheel route and set a back pick for javale. He’s also team rebounding and hitting the glass.

Kuz scores for this team. He gave us O, he’s moving , using his speed, and bringing doubles. Ingram also has got a number of deflections and team rebound efforts.

Now the thing that needs to change is that Ball needs to **** give the ball to Beasley on the block when he bogs down in the half court and dribbles air out it for 10-12 secs without going anywhere because he’s scared to shoot, can’t hit a layup, and sucks at free throws. He needs to dump it to Beasley and just let Beasley score if he can’t figure out where the **** to go

The youngsters downright sucked. Lonzo and Ingram especially were huge negatives and we became better when they were off the court. Kuz was soft as cotton wool. Hart was the only noteable exception and that too was only at the end of the quarter cause he also had some horrible defensive possessions when he let Stauskus have his way with him.

Thank god for Rondo, Lebron and McGee or this would have been a blowout.

Conversely, Lillard/McCollum probably aren't shooting 6-21, either.

Rondo is awesome, can see why Luke is starting him.

He has had some quality looks from twelve as well...just a matter of time though, he's getting to his spots the shots will eventually fall.

Yeah mccollum and Lillard will definitely shoot better in the second half, but we'll start hitting some shots too. Lebron's foul trouble will keep him relatively fresh. I think it'll come down to the wire...one way or another. Thank god for Rondo and Mcgee though. Hart picked it up, but Lonzo/Ingram look absolutely shook. And Kuz seems a little too hyped lol..

Luke probably appreciates how he sees the game. By that I mean Luke saw the game slowly. He doesn’t have the same talent and athletic ability but he had a vision and understanding that was elite and guys like Phil and Kobe respected. It’s easy to see why Luke is more impressed by rondo

There are no real excuses though for the shots he missed.

He missed open shots, actual open shots he should be drilling every time.

Yeah, obviously it's not a fair contrast given the vast difference in experience, but there's just zero comparison between him and Lonzo in terms of half-court playmaking. Rondo has the skills and the balls to demand the ball from LeBron and make stuff happen.
