I park on the street by the imax. You have to walk an extra block, but I’ve never not gotten a free spot over there.

The problem I always had when I was a season ticket holder is that nobody wants to go to the games in December and January. Those sell for pennies on the secondary market.

I bought a 10-pack about a decade ago and I vowed never again after seeing what tickets were going for on Stubhub and The Ticket King. I won't even explore season tickets until the Bucks prove to be consistent contenders. I have a friend in from out of town who bought eight $100 (plus fees) tickets about a month ago. Seats in his section/similar row are currently going for less than half that on Stubhub. Always wait until the day of or day before for regular season games.

Two days ago I bought 100 level seats for tomorrow’s game for $50 each. Row 9 behind the hoop. They were cheaper on the secondary market than retail through the Bucks. Not a great sign for the opener.

Once the Dodgers/Brewers series went 2-2 (guaranteeing game 6 here tomorrow) the secondary market tickets tripled and prices plummeted.

Exactly. 44k will be at Miller Park and thousands more will stay home and watch both games. Ergo price drop

I usually park north of MSOE by Ogden. Basically guaranteed a spot, but a hike of a mile. I usually meet friends on water before and after so it isn't bad.

This is still my go to, although I hope they drop the prices a bit being it is not as close to the arena anymore.

BradMKE wrote:Agreed about ticket resell prices. Glad I went with cheap upper level seats so I won't lose too much and will just tap out after this season. Once the fluid ticketing is up I can forsee myself just returning a bunch of games nobody wants and using that credit to sit in decent seats a few times rather than accepting $8 on StubHub.

I will note that on the one day return tickets worked for me, it was market prices for your credit. For example the game on Monday they were only going to give back like $11 a ticket for my seats which is about half my cost. I ate about $10 for returning the preseason game.

Yeah, that's why I park there. On 43 North in 45 seconds. And as Thunder Muscle said, it's 2 blocks further now. Maybe the price will go down although I doubt it.

I appreciate everyone's suggestions though.

I have access to the skywalk, but I'm not parking in there. I've parked in that lot for years, but it just occurred to me that maybe there were better spots.

The 6th & State lot is also my go-to. They wanted $20 for the preseason game I went to though, so I doubt prices are coming down with it being a little further away now. It's still nice to park there and go in the Johnson Controls entrance on 6th rather than deal with the bigger crowd at the main entrance, at least until more people realize that entrance exists.

I take the bus.
At a party given by a billionaire, Kurt Vonnegut informs Joseph Heller that their host had made more money in a single day than Heller had earned from his novel Catch-22.

Heller responds, “Yes, but I have something he will never have — ENOUGH.”

This is vital for me, especially if go to weeknight game. Upon game ending it was like 5-10 minute walk from seats to car, and within minutes I was on I-43 heading home. I'll pay an extra $10 for that.

FYI, the 6th and State lot was $25 last night. The BC parking structure was also $25. Don't know what the FF structure was charging.

One small thing I noticed at the game yesterday that was different from the preseason one I went to was for those of us with seats on the north side of the building (behind the benches), when the scoreboard is showing the traditional sideline view it now shows a different video feed taken from our same side so that the players are going the same way on the scoreboard as they are on the court.

It was a little disorienting during the preseason to have the scoreboard be opposite the action. I believe the other 3 sides of the scoreboard showed the standard feed. Can't remember if they did the same thing at the BC or if all 4 sides were the same but with the new larger scoreboard dominating your view, especially in the upper level, it was a nice touch.

anyone find the concourse to bland as hell? Lots of food options and pro shops, nothing really innovative and basically ignored the bucks.

I think the concourse is fine. I'm not sure what you're looking for there. I've been in many arenas, this one is as nice/nicer than any that I've seen.

So what is the status on the other buildings around the arena? I remember hearing that the light block with rooftop bar directly across would open a year later, and then all the other stuff in future years. Is anything in construction right now?

The beer garden is open. Good City Brewing construction has begun. I believe it will open by playoff time. Punch Bowl Social is also under construction and will open around playoff time. That's the start.

Fluid ticketing is up and working in the app. So far seems pretty user friendly. For the less valued games the credit offered is below what I paid, but at least an option to recover something. It is similar to the "ticket bank" they used to let me do when I first did the half season plan in 2009-10.

Still no update on the other membership benefit where you're allotted points and can pick what you want.

just checking out the app for tonight’s game

“Upgrade your seat to front and center with a seat in sections 105-107 and 116-118!

You must have a separate, primary ticket to use a Seat Upgrade.
Price
$200 / Seat”

Similar ticket on SeatGeek with fees is $93
