I would be surprised if they were.

the disrespect is real, folks. get ready
Maybe everyone thinks that the first game was a fluke

If TJ missed two more threes, and JJ didn't hit his last two, we would have won by only 9 even with Booker playing perfect basketball down the stretch. And it's not like the Mavs were killing it out there. The potential for overreaction to one game is certainly here.....
But thinking about it, it seems unlikely that Deandre becomes a turnover machine going forward, or that Devin foregoes threes for long twos, or Josh spends the year panic-shooting. All of these are mitigated by Koko and Trevor. Trevor might get into a funk for a few games, but you're not going to see volume bricks. Igor's going to continue to press Deandre to improve as a defender, and he'll continue to tell Book to get to that long ball. He'll take Josh out if he's killing us.
Koko, Deandre, Booker, Ariza is solid. If TJ and JJ hit their threes, we could have a "Brad Stevensesque" turnaround in terms of team 3FG%.
All that positivity aside, we will have to get better in several ways if we want to make the playoffs. We're not going to shoot like that every night, and we will play mostly better teams than Dallas. RIP LUKA4ROY
