Drummond has 11 fouls in two games and cannot stay on the floor
RJ has stopped even pretending to try playing defense
We’re giving up 50% more points inside the paint than last year, while only playing against scrubs
STanley on offense is like a bull in a china shop
Execution down the stretch has been a joke
Bright spots so far are Blake and Ish but not optimistic

Man that was some of the worst defense I ever seen. It is very concerning and a huge red flag. They couldn't stop penetration or guard the 3. Overall I think the offense will be ok but that defense is god awful and isn't gonna get us anywhere.

Stanley was bad at points. Very bad. But he made some crucial plays in the 4th. This was his first game of the year. Cautiously optimistic

What is disheartening with SJ is that there hasn't been any development since he came into the league 4 years ago... There is a strong argument to be made that his best season so far was his rookie year.At some point he is what he is...

My biggest positive take away thus far is how skilled Blake has looked. I mean, we already knew he was skilled but he relies very little on his athleticism at this point. His passing out of double teams, ability to get to the rim, 3pt shooting and post up shot attempts looked really crisp.

I don't see any reason why he can't continue to play this style throughout the entire duration of his contract, even if he IS nowhere near the athlete he used to be. Really, injuries are the only concern. Blake is a really, really good basketball player.
