Is he really. I wanted to beat their asses at full strength. Can't stand Raptors or Celtics fans, they are the worst!

They beat the Wizards fairly easy without Kawhi so this won’t be a easy game at all. I’ll take as many charity games as possible until we’re far above .500 considering our history of being sub .500 come January as documented by Fats.

The Hornets' early-season schedule the last three years has been loaded with difficult games and back-to-backs. That has made it difficult to recover once the schedule eased up at the tail end of the season.

This year, the early-season schedule is much more reasonable. A lot depends on the veteran starters performing with consistency. Batum is hitting 38.5% again over the first three games. Jeremy Lamb is only hitting 33%. Marvin Williams is shooting 29% from three. Those three guys have to bring it every night or come off the bench by the end of November.

We are going to win. Raptors don't know how to stop our offense.

between all the extremes this team has shown, i feel the raptors are probably the most consistent team for us to measure ourselves against

i'm not as excited as you guys are lol

raptors having legit wing defenders and more than one guard that can penetrate kinda means they're automatically good at everything that's shredded us so far

raptors defense has been great, this will be a good test for this team.

good test for Borrego as well, can he adjust.

The scarred, Bobcat fan, part of my brain keeps reminding me how that terrible Dunlap team started off well until other teams figured out his schemes.

This team is a lot better, especially defensively, but the PTSD won't let me forget those years.

The thing to watch for is play calls and PT for Monk. Kemba is wearing a huge target right now and JB has to diversify the offense this year.

Also would like to see Bridges get big minutes against a physical Raptors team. Parker was not effective against a physical Heat team, so let's see some Devonte Graham.

JB is going to have to dip into the depth vs. the Raptors. It definitely helps that Kawhi is out.

Parker is a guy who's impact isn't necessarily gonna be on the stat sheet.

Against the Heat in the Finals he played one of the best games a point guard ever has with a basically empty stat sheet. He knows how to uproot Spo's defense. The biggest issue with Parker+4 is the guys who play off of him. If Parker is shooting mid-range shots, they're not doing their jobs. Its really that simple imo.

Yeah that's in the back of my mind as well.... hot start followed by the coldest winter ever

New coaches got their growing to do too. Whether they grow to get better or become more stubborn is the thing.

Its really clear that we struggle to get consistent action going with our bigs too imo

Kawhi Leonard is not out. I don’t know where that information came from.

Sorry, but where did this info come from? Kawhi was intentionally rested last night because we were playing our 3rd game in 4 nights, and specifically on a back to back. He will play tomorrow unless the Raps announce otherwise.

Tough tough game but we're hungry. No team of the 3 so far has had an easy time with us. No team in 5 preseason games either. 8 games of 8 we've been tough.

The Heat announcers were saying we look like a completely different team this season. And they're right.

I think as a Rapsfan.. I would be upset if Kawhi doesn't play.. we were led to believe it was rest for him as he is coming back from his injury and they are airing on the side of caution because of playing on Wed...then Friday and Saturday..next game being against you'll on Monday.

Be careful what you wish for.. if Kawhi plays our defensive lineup is looking good again..we believe the team will be tested against your revamped system..wish the Hornet fans a good game..

The Raptors are the first team we've played that we don't have superior depth over. That's been our major advantage, Borrego not using it in the 2nd half of the Miami game is a major reason why they were able to come back. We're going to need to have some luck on our side to win this one.

Hopefully the Raptors players are as overconfident as their fans.

I want to see Bridges yam it on Kawhi
