We should just move Clarkson and Nance into the starting unit.

I am with you on that.

Thread is getting more activity than Playoff games last season...

They are taking after the Browns.

We looked solid in the first quarter. But the second, third, and fourth chances at the rim from the lack of rebounding totally killed us as did the turnovers. Rodney Hood was ice cold in the first half, but I was glad he found his rhythm in the third quarter. As others have said before, we are definitely still too frantic. Sometimes it is ok to slow down the pace of the game to make sure we don't turn the ball over quite so much.

After watching the heartbreaking Browns game yesterday afternoon I figured that the Cavs would cruise to a nice home win. Oh well, time to make the proper adjustments, maybe have Zisic play more minutes since he got three rebounds in only three minutes. Slow down the pace of the game, too. Let's look forward to our game with Brooklyn at the Q this Wednesday.

They should slow it down if winning is the goal, but I think clearly right now they are content with losing as the price for getting this roster in the condition they need to be to play the style they are going with. They are not "all" in good enough condition to make it work on the defensive side of the ball. The switching made the hawks look like a playoff team. If I was Sexton I would be pissed I wasn't able to lock in on Young and shut him down like I did in college , but at the same time use it as fuel to keep pushing for team success long term over individual accolades. Young will likely be more of a 14/7 career guy than one that puts up all star stats.I wouldn't be surprised if that was the only game all season he gets those numbers.
