Green is a really bad rebounder though. He makes Markieff Morris look like Dennis Rodman. For that reason alone, I think I'd lean toward Morris in place of Green at center.

On another team Smith would be on IR, Bryant should be playing over Mahinmi and Smith despite him being green.

Two words Scott Brooks.

Thomas Bryant was horrific in preseason. He was terrible on defense and a turnover machine on offense. He looked great in summer league, but when playing against NBA competition, he looked out of his depth - and that was against third stringers. (Let's not forget that Brooks sees him every day in practice too.)

Bryant is a project. He's probably a year away at least. If nothing else, I think he needs some reps in garbage time before we try and rely on him in a close game on the road.

The team has 7 guys perfectly suited for a smallball, position-less lineup: Wall, Beal, Sato, Oubre, Porter, Green, Morris. Just put any 5 of them on the floor and let them play. The only constraint is that you want either Wall or Sato on the floor at all times to run point, and you want either Morris or Green on the floor at all times to match up with the opposition's center (unless he is a lightweight like Nerlens Noel or somebody).

Put him Wall, Beal and Otto he may do something. Put him with the bench ? what is he supposed to do? This is a coach league right now to figure dumb **** out. You have non allstars players averaging 30 a game now.

I finally got a chance to watch this game on the dvr last night. What a great game!

A great win too -- we were a hair's breadth away from being 0-4 right now! Whew....
