The Hornets are 2-3, but two of the losses went down to the last minute of the game. End of game execution was an issue last season, but I have confidence that Coach Borrego will find the right men as the season goes on. It's a two-way street, as he has to learn about the players, and they have to learn the new system.

I was very pleased in the first Bulls game to see the motion offense really come to life. I am still not happy with the Hornets' ability to screen effectively, which is crucial to a motion offense. Wednesday night, Marvin Williams would half-heartedly start to set a screen, then pull away too soon. Who will step up?

screens are pointless when two defenders can jump fully committed because the screening offensive player is zero threat to shoot or dive
our late game execution isn't even bad. nic batum just f'n sucks :lol:
