They don’t have a base stealer on their bench. Thats a big flaw. They usually do.

Slightly OT, but if I was the GM of a baseball team, I would try to identify the 10 fastest runners in the world, and I would try to sign sign one of them to serve strictly as a pinch runner.

Yeah but I'm not talking about signing one of the fastest players in the league, I'm talking the world. You can teach anyone to run the bases, they don't need to be a baseball player. The downside is you use a roster spot on someone that literally can't do anything but pinch run; but I think it would be worth it.
