2018 Season Games Thread.... Bucs 5-11

This feels like the same team we've had for years now, we start well then lose a bunch our season is pretty much over and then play well the final two games to make everyone think we have something. The defense is still the worst in the league, Winston still over/under throws and the running game is non existent. Unless something drastically changes its another draft pick season.

What a frustrating win, which I never would have thought to be a thing. We should not have won(I'm glad we did) but still.

Winston was bad, the O-line was terrible, the kicking is still unreliable, JPP is still the only Dlinemen to do anything. What I liked about Fitz was he spread the ball around and was accurate I wasn't a fan of Winston and still haven't been sold on him. He still over/under throws, yes he can get out of some sacks and extend plays but still has the same inconsistency problems since entering the league.

Winston threw 4 INTs, benched for Fitz. Fitz almost leads Bucs back from 21 points, got the game tied. Defense couldn't make 3 stops to keep them out of FG range. Bucs defense left AG Green open, on both plays that lead to their game winning FG. Bengals win 37-34


Fitz should start the rest of the season. 10 INTs in 4 games played from Winston, is unacceptable.

I thought the Bucs went to panic mode when they benched him for winston.

We should have not even been in that game, I also hope Fitz stays as starter he spreads it around more and it seems like the players play better with him out there.

Panthers lead 35-14 at the half. It's not the QB. It's not Winston. It's not Fitz. It's the defense. Mike Smith's terrible defense still showing.


I want to see this offense next season with a real defense.
