Lance should be the high energy PG injection off the bench. He's been great with svi and either KCP or Hart.
I think Rondo is obviously better than lonzo now and in postseason but lonzo is the future. It's a tough choice.
Or you start both. It's not too crazy a thought imo. Lance can get his make em dance minutes behind the 1. Then Hart gets his wing minutes. Ingram gets whats left over which is 20 mins behind Javale, 15 behind Bron, and some behind Kuz.
I really want to see Luke cut the rotation down to 9 guys first

It would work defensively, especially against smaller guards that lonzo couldn't catch up with.
On offense though they don't fit as well and the offense kind of stalls as both look to make an extra pass off each other. Could be interesting with time. Then I guess you just don't play KCP, get him to accept a trade, get a backup C.

Judging by the limited games I’ve watched this season, this is the quick fix. KCP’s shooting ability doesn’t make up for his weak D and lapses on both ends. I think you can find a replacement shooter, who would be satisfied with a minor role, and a backup rim protector for his price. The rim protector being the priority, because McGee is bound to pick up a few bruises along the way playing at this level. That being said, the issue with Lebron and Klutch politics complicates things.

Rondo and Lonzo are both shooting the three, rebounding, and scoring inside better than him. They rebound better and defend better too. If kcp doesn’t fund his shot he’s done.
The easiest fix is getting kcp to agree to go to a team like Phoenix where he may start and then adding Beasley to the deal since Luke doesn’t play him for a Tyson Chandler to back Javale up. Phoenix is the only place I think kcp would automatically start at next to Booker

missed layup from Kuz, missed layup from Hart, and McGee stepping out of bounds on what would have probably been a layup...Spurs didn't win this game, Lakers lost this game

No more losses like these please. The game in Minnesota is a very winnable game against a mediocre team full of inner issues.

Suns want a PG though.
But yeah he could be traded for Robin Lopez or taj. Both those teams could do with a backup sg

This is why matchups and chemistry are important... oh... and coaching. Talent wise I'm not sure it's a huge gap but they sure look a lot readier to play than we do. They had as many or more changes from last year as well. That is where the difference is.... talent is always subjective. Play on the court isn't.

I was thinking let Booker start at pg and then trying to mold them into Billups and Rip almost. Or at least Marbury and penny part 2.
I doubt kcp goes to be a backup anywhere by trade. If he would agree to come off the bench you call Orlando for Vucevic easily and include a pick with Beasley

Vuc may be out of reach and they certainly wouldn't take Beas. It'd need to be KCP and a pick. But Vuc would be great.

Gonna be interesting when Ingram comes back how Luke splits the minutes. Too many wings and guards that need minutes. Hopefully KCP is the odd man out, dude has been trash.
