Another great team win yet let's don't forget that Wizz are terrible at D and specially bad versus good ball moving teams. I expect 2/3 on this road trip.

Re: Game 6: Washington Wizards (1-4) @ Los Angeles Clippers (3-2) - 6:30 PM PT
great to see Pat Bev hit a few shots [11 points, 3-6 from distance]
Avery's 2nd solid game in a row [15 points, 5 assists]
and with tonight's 16-29 line on 3-pointers, the Clippers are all the way back up to 37.7% for the year, good enough for 9th in the league!!
he wasn't worse than any of the other Wizards, and better than most
but for old time's sake, with 9 points, 3 assists and 2 TOs and a minus-19, we'll put Austin in the
Austin Rivers Memorial Dog House

I tell you what, we won't have to worry about any of our guys getting injured if they're playing less than 30 minutes a night and we're still blowing teams out.
Great win!

VERY SPURSIAN, if I do say so myself.
But let's reserve judgment. They're beating up against lesser teams and most importantly are taking advantage of teams missing their All-Stars or key players that usually crush the Clippers. I want to wait until they face the Warriors, Raptors and the legacy teams Lakers and Celtics before deciding the Clipper's trajectory.

In Attendance
I went to the game tonight but missed the 1st quarter and some of the 2nd as well as the chance at getting a Lou Williams bobblehead. This was definitely an impressive team effort tonight but I wanted to note some observations.
- The refs seemed to be giving Shai a hard time tonight with some foul calls.
- Beverley was a tentative playmaker who seemed more anxious to get rid of the ball than take care of it, but at least he was draining his 3-point attempts.
- Bradley's shooting seems to be coming around as well.
- Teodosic had some uncharacteristically bad passes tonight.
- It was nice to see Jerome out on the floor and more aggressive in looking for his offense; I think confidence will be the key to unlocking his offensive talent, but he'll need to do a better job of moving without the ball to be the next Redick.
- Wallace was forcing his offense during his limited time out on the floor.
- Sweet Lou was smooth as heck with his instant offense.
- Gallinari was just off tonight.
- Scott's offense coming around is a promising sign.
- Tobias was his reliably productive self tonight as usual.

This team looks better than expected. I sold them short in the offseason. I'm not saying they will win a championship but they have some legit talent and are very deep. Are the playoffs a possibility?
BY the way does anyone know how many games Vegas said the Clippers would win this season?

My eyes glaze over when reading alternative stat (not advanced stat) narratives that go many paragraphs long. If you can not make your point in 2 paragraphs it may not be a great point.

If you ask me we'll be a 5-7 seed playoff team. Still a long ways to go though. Good game from everyone last night. This team is fun.

Los Angeles hosted all big 4 leagues yesterday and only the Dodgers couldn't get the dubya. Bummer.

ESPN projected 35. I believe the o/u for Vegas was 36.5.

Clippers making it tough on opposing perimeter scorers. Tobias seems he took going to the free throw line and defense as his priority this season.

I like how much this team is a real team so far. No ego. No one guy has to be the "star". On any given night it can be Toby, Gallo, Lou, Trezz, or even Boban. Avery is looking more like the guy he was years ago. SGA is contributing. Doc is playing guys average minutes with no complaints. Hard not to root for this kind of play.
