Well, they clearly have the better team, especially with Muscala on board.

So they're using Redick like a secret weapon? It's tough to adjust in the 3rd quarter.

Nice game by Omari, got some valuable experience.

Prince usually beats people by his length, the Sixers' got some super length, gotta figure out a way out of this.

22% from deep, oh my. Consecutive super cold games.

Next one should be OK!

Thanks for the honesty.

JJ Reddick starting the 2nd half in lieu of Fultz was the adjustment that did us in.  Our defense had to adjust from not guarding Fultz to guarding JJ.

ATL Boy wrote:"The shot will come for Trae Young." We've been saying that all summer, so when is it coming? Another piss poor shooting night, 1-6 from 3 and he had some wide open ones. He's 11-36 in the last three games.

crazy, it's almost as if he's a 20 year old rookie playing in his 6th career game and also playing the toughest position in the NBA.

Yeah. In his defense, it's been a frustrating watch since SL.

I'm still of the belief that his bad shooting nights are the product of taking bad shots, not of inability to shoot. But, as that thin layer of sarcasm slathered all over your post suggests, it's early and there's no need to panic.

I expected him to struggle more than he has, if I'm being honest (for the first time ever, if you ask my wife).

If Trae shoots better than 33% from 3 for the season i'll be surprised. But that doesn't mean he won't be effective and won't still be a future all star.

If he simply eliminated drives that result in easy blocks his overall FG% would go up dramatically. These are things that he'll learn with experience. He's not going to continue to try to up and under Embiid over and over.

Him being a rookie and playing PG has nothing to do with the fact that he's been missing some wide open 3s. Had one where the defender fell down, and he was left as open as he would be in an open gym.

He's had two good 3-point shooting performance since arriving (counting summer league and Preseason). The passing is beautiful, but everything will open up for him when he starts knocking down the jumper.

This is such an ignorant comment. You really need it explained to you how adapting mentally and physically to playing in the NBA can affect someone's game?

I know it's been a while, but some of you Hawks fans have to learn how to appreciate budding greatness when you see it.

That's a warning if I've ever seen one. Feel free to disagree with me, but don't disrespect anyone on another team's board.

Len as our most productive offensive player? Bembry as our most effective defensive player?

This metric is all over the place.

You gotta know this is unnecessary. You're talking to one guy, not all of us.

Good points, should have limited that to just the guy I was responding to. Sorry, just a massive Trae fan and it bothered me to read a post saying he can't shoot. That's a flat earth Kyrie type of take.
