Houston we've got a problem.

OKC should do whatever it takes to bring in a guy like Butler to pair with George and Russ. I think the direction the franchise should go in is to find a way to appease KD to come back (bite your tongue and bitterness for a minute) to help build a real contender in OKC. Our current team is like a up and down inconsistent roller coaster. Butler, Westbrook and KD in 2019 would be a salivating trio.

I wish we had traded Ferguson instead of Sabonis to Indiana.

The way that roster was constructed, I think it made sense logically to use Domas as a stretch four, even if it was a mismanagement of personnel. I mean, you can't really use Kanter as a PF next to Adams.

Yeah agreed. Wish they could have done it somehow though, really liked him when he was in OKC.

Selfishly I'm glad ya'll didn't. He has quickly become my favorite player in the NBA. Just a smart kid who works his tail off.

this is a non-sequitor. taj gibson wasn't a stretch four and he was acquired mid-season and was a great fit next to adams. there was no reason to play sabonis in that role. just play him like they played taj.

Pretty spot on what I thought of him. Underrated defender and eats up rebounds. Hate the white guy "smart" stereotype but he is.

Yea, his I.Q. is unreal. He's kinda like a mini-Jokic with his passing as well.

He's a much better defender than given credit for as well.

How's he been alongside Turner this year? Was wondering what the solution would be there.

Unfortunately McMillan doesn't play them together much. They could easily work together though with Domas playing 5 on offense and 4 on defense, and vice versa for Turner. They get a few minutes per night together, but Thad is still getting a lot of minutes as well.

Anyone who makes the argument that Wesley Matthews is a useful NBA player is dying on that hill.
He has been horrible since last season and cost Dallas a win with a stupid foul. SMH Doncic deserved that down the stretch.
