Le\'Veon Bell has until November 13th to report to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Bell will be ineligible to play for the remainder of 2018 if he doesn\'t report by the deadline.
Bell has been holding out throughout the season and waiting to sign his prorated franchise tag.
