This is the game for McCarthy's bubble to burst. Tired of his BS cliches during the post game pressers. Tired of him making excuses for Ron Zook - how does that guy have a job :banghead:

Huge L here. Tank the rest of the season and we can still get a top 6-8 pick.

Must win. For me to even think the packers are a division contender they must win by at least 14. Rodgers knee should be almost 93 percent, so he needs to show he's back to form.

The Dolphins last week beat the Jets by 7 points, after the Jets mustered all of 6 points and Darnold threw 4 interceptions including a pick-6. Cannot lose to them.

I wish we could root for wins AND know that McCarthy was gonna be fired no matter what. Of course it’s hard to root for losses and I’m not doing that but I just am nervous if we go on a run, McCarthy will be spared. Gute has done everything right so far so I have to trust he will do the right thing and get someone in here after this season.

Unlikely but Murphy could say that Gute didn't do enough and McCarthy needs to the authority over the draft now too.

Rodgers is 28th in the league in completion percentage. No more excuses. He has to be better.

I'm typically an "everybody just calm down" guy when it comes to the Packers but that contract is starting to make me perspire a tiny bit.

The other alarming thing is when I watch him he just appears to not enjoy the game of football anymore. May need to fire McCarthy if only to try to light a fire under his ass.

I'm not worried about Rodgers. He is on pace for 5k yards, 30 TDs, and 2 INTs. He is doing that with playing on a bum knee as well. If he did all the dink and dunk passes to RBs/slot receivers like Brees and Brady do, his completion % would be fine.
