That is the biggest reason the 2 Spurs losses pissed me off as did the Wolves one. They lost the series to the Spurs so they can't tie them record wise. If Thibs and the Wolves hold fast on keeping Butler because he will play hard when he is on the court by his own nature, and they beat us tonight we have a problem with tying them too record wise. This struggle would be easier if we were taking Ls vs East teams to start the year. These losses are the ones that will bite him in the ass unlike when he was out East

You got your Lillards, Aldridge/DeRozan, Harden/CP3, even a guy like Ibaka taking over and putting the team on their backs. When the **** has LeBron done that these past 10 games? Oh sure he made a miracle 3 pointer to put us into OT and we ended up losing the game. I haven't seen any sort of aggressive take over a game from him at all.

I don't buy this he's trying to get his teammates involved BS. If you really want to win you put the team on your back when they're struggling. That's what it mean to be a star player on a team.

He’s never been a closer you weirdo. That’s not his skill set never has been.

Mo will/dwade/kyrie closed games.

DeRozan isn’t there to make mental mistakes and be exploited and coddled by Casey

I'm not looking at individual dynamics. They're better base on cohesiveness and having vets that play within themselves, but they're not championship elite despite what they're fans think.

This Raptors team constantly gets ran over and killed in the playoffs because they lacked elements that title teams have.

Yes they will always win their 50 plus games in the regular season but come playoffs it's too easy to expose Lowry. He's main reason for their failure.

But for this game tonight?...yeah they're good they may be built better than we are now but trust me that team is never winning a title and come playoffs I'll explain in detail why they won't.

How much of their faults were Demar/Casey? Whenever demar didn’t step up, blew a rotation, etc he never got coached or challenged to do more by Casey because they were tight.

It’s a different mindset now. Casey would never ever had the balls to make Ibaka and Val split the spot despite them being exploited side by side yet they are doing that now. Casey would have never even if he had Danny Green been man enough to start him and let him finish games, he struggled with Tucker being used in that role because PJ was vocal and got into guys face for mess ups which is one reason he left.

I think the makeup of the team changed with Green and the coach change. Also think the talent changed with Kawhi

Talking out your ass. He gae Allan Anderson heavy minutes cause of what he brought on the defensive end..allen was a guy who couldn’t get in the league in his late 20’s.
Casey for years tried to bench jv. There were games he’d sit on the bench for an entire second half until jvs pouting forced Casey to start him moving forward.

When you have a top 5 offense and one guy is the main reason you give them a bit of leniency on defense like 90% of starting guards lol. Last I checked the lakers haven’t beat Toronto in years.
