Seriously? That was one of the most heartbreaking losses in awhile. Negativity is to be expected.

People being fickle. You'd think ten years of getting our asses kicked would make us tougher. I see nothing but building blocks and a bright future.

Yes, this was our best played game this year...better than the Memphis game despite results. Maybe not better than the Dallas one but that's about it. Making serious progress.

If only NBA games were 40 minutes, we'd have won!

Agree with it all except putting in Bender. That's just crazy talk man. Have you seen that guy? He is not the answer to anything, except, "who used to play in the NBA but now plays in Eastern Europe?"

I don't know, players on Koko's "you've got to earn it list" seem to be doing much better than those vets he gave the benefit of the doubt to (Bridges, Okobo). Might as well give Bender a try too.

he gave him a try. It was on tv. it was not a good thing.

He's given him 14 minutes on the court. He's given Anderson 237. I think we can draw conclusions on one of those, and it isn't Bender.
SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

At least we'll have a chance at one of those Duke players.

Who else you could trust to put in the final 5 minutes?

For sure as hell not JJ, hes a turnover machine.
Bridges? Meh
Okobo? I'm not sure if he's better or Ulis... The ball just sticks
Anderson? He's slow as sht on D

Yes, overreacting. Had you known before the game we'd take them to OT, you might feel differently.

Yeah. It's the manner in which we lost and how 0 adjustments were made. It was so predictable how they would be able to chip away if we kept running the clock down taking dumb shots, meanwhile they had a layup line and open 3s on the other end. Frustrating doesn't even explain it

People just complain and blame the coach...bunch of Sarvers in here who would fire every coach we hire after a few losses and wonder why we keep losing season after season.

Bledsoe with 22 points shooting 8/10 killing the Warriors in CA by 25 points. Should have kept that guy.

And Bender at least TRIES on defense. Anderson is old enough to know that he's not good or even average even when he tries, so he doesn't.

And flat out, Ayton is god awful on d. In OT Kyrie would start driving, take a half beat, and Ayton would rotate back onto his man even though he was way the f out of the play at that point, leaving Kyrie an open lane. Canaan had the opposite issue though. Last play he over helped and left his man wide open after the switch.

The guys need to do the small things before we can start just blaming the coach wholesale.

Yeah, not sure why so many people fail to see this.

Ayton has to get back to Al Horford at the 3 point line though. He can certainly do a better job, but if he sticks to Kyrie then it’s a wide open Horford 3. Kyrie is difficult to defend, but none of the point guards on this team can guard anyone right now either.

Sure, in that situation, but you can't tell me you haven't seen multiple times Ayton could have easily rolled to the basket to try and disrupt the guy driving to the rim.

Fear of fouling on a flopping three point shooter and getting three free throws.

Everyone here that thinks we have high-IQ players go rewatch that Morris three. Then come back here and tell me Booker/Canaan even know what it means to defend the three point line.

Ayton has been BBQ chicken, especially the past couple games. He needs someone who can drill things into him so he uses 100% of his natural ability. It sucks seeing him be so much less than he can be. We definitely can't afford rookie mistakes next season.

why can't Ayton just put up his hands or challenge a layup that is merely a few inch away from him? Gee, I would rather see him foul out than being such a non factor on defense. He is absolutely useless on both ends of the court, seriously i would rather have holmes on the floor than him, at least holmes hustles and plays defense. I was completely wrong about the draft, in hindsight I would much rather have Doncic and resigning Len than drafting Ayton, I don't care what numbers he gets they are inconsequential to outcomes of games. I would rather have trae Young than Ayton.

14 minutes to prove himself after being a bust for three years in a row.
I don't care about Anderson. Bench him. But we gave Bender MORE than enough time. Ship him out. I don't give him a single second of playing time. Not garbage time. not practice time with the first team. I send him home. Today. He can take Anderson with him.

Negativity is fine. Saying we should fire Igor and that Watsons teams would crush this team. Calling out our ROOKIE big man etc etc is overreacting.

Ugh. If this is true, it's really bad. Makes me wonder again if Koko's lack of fluent English is a problem.

Ayton is a pussy straight up. You know that saying ‘looks like Tarzan, plays like Jane’. That applies here

This team has zero hope with Igor Kokoskov. I'm sorry to those who don't want to accept that. I'm sure each and every single one of you believed in Dragan Bender.

I just don't understand why we can't hire a coach with some sort of winning pedigree. We don't really know if this guy can be a successful head coach. I'm just questioning him at the moment. Obviously it's early and our roster has serious issues but I don't like him at the moment. Lost locker room? We'll see. Players playing lazy is on the coach. It is something that can be taught despite what Igor says.
