Even if we fouled it wasn't a guarantee we'd still win. All Morris needed was to hit the first, miss the 2nd for Irwing or Tatum to skyrocket over Ayton for a dunk. We literally had no shot of winning and you know it.

Frank, do me a favor and watch your favorite "tough guy, n'er do bad" current NBA big for 4 whole games, without watching any Suns game. Then watch a Suns game. I think you'd be surprised at how good Ayton actually is. If you want to really see how great he actually is, go rummage up some tape from your favorite "tough guy, n'er do bad" current NBA big's rookie seasons.

He doesnt have a killer instinct needed to be great. Keep in mind, I am not arguing his talents, he has loads on O.... its his lack of anger in approaching a game in which he could/should physically dominate 70+% of his foes. He's just not about that. I mean... is there a ferocious Dunk in his highlite can yet? May be its a Jamaican thing.... you never really saw Duncan get pissed except when a foul wasn't called.

If your players don't know the game plan, that is an epic coaching fail!

This was the best our team was played. Not sure if you missed earlier games, but we just nearly beat a finals contender. Our team choked down the stretch and Booker wanted to do too much and we don't have a real PG and we have a rookie C who can't defend and we still almost beat that contender.

Coach seems to be making this team loads more competitive to me, despite not having a PG, PF or an experience C.

Haven't missed more than a half all year. Turned it off at half during one 30 PT blowout. I don't understand how on the most important play off of a timeout, players don't know if they should foul or not. That's what I'm referring to. Not how good we looked the first 3 quarters or how awful we were in the 4th. I don't understand how a coach in the NBA could not communicate a simple direction to the team.

He said he did. I don't think he was lying. Our players our young and obviously (if you've watched that much) get confused on the court a lot. They were not supposed to foul unless it was caught way away from the FT line, but that may have been to vague. Either way, we didn't have nearly the talent Boston did and we almost beat them, regardless of our players botching the final play.
