We could do a trade like this to get them more shooting and us our future PG.
Magic in: Fultz and Muscala.
Sixers in: Ross, Martin and okc 2020 first.
Magic get a possible PG of the future in Fultz( I’m not in love with him but he is still young and has a good ability to get to the basket) and an expiring in Muscala.
Sixers get a solid sixth man in Ross who will help spread the floor for them plus they get Martin who usually is a good 3pt shooter except for when he plays for us.

I know his stats are great but I just think he has character issues and I don't know how well he fits there. Time will tell I guess.

a) Butler is a better defender than either Covington or Šarić.
b) Butler is a big-shot guy (veins of ice).
This is a great trade for the Sixers to make a THIS-YEAR title run.
EDIT: Does this help Philly long term. I can be sceptic. But amy year were a title run is possible, I say, "roll the dice."

Augustin is a great bench PG. And is actually cheaper than Fultz. Straight-up will not get it done. But I would not be unhappy with Orlando trading Augustin and their own first next year for Fultz. The pick could be top-4, but is more likely to be around 7-10 (with Augustin playing out the year). Augustin and a 7-10 range first for Fultz is a wonderful trade.
How is this a bad gamble for Orlando?

Magic in: Beal, Fultz and Mahinmi.
Sixers in: Ross, Martin and Okc 2020 first.
Wizards in: Fournier, Vooch, Muscala and Magic’s 2019 first top 3 protected.
Magic get a stud in Beal and get a possible PG of the future in Fultz. We take back Mahinmi’s deal but it expires when mozgov’s. A lineup of Fultz, Beal, Isaac, Gordon and Bamba could look real nice especially on the defensive end with so much length. Bench would weak but atleast we could see a nice building block for the future.
Sixers do this to get the shooting they need for the playoffs.
Wizards do this to get out of some long term money plus get some solid players that will play well off of wall.

What do you think we could put together to get it done?

covington 43% from field, 39% from 3. Butler 47% from field, 38% from 3. not losing that much in the shooting department.
