The Thunder have a real problem with Felton running the second team offense. The dude is playing with a "me first" attitude and he's turned into a straight up ball hog. He doesn't even try to set up his teammates for easy shots. Instead, as soon as he steps on the floor he turns into Allen Iverson (in his head).
The offense completely goes into the tank when he steps on the floor. Last night's loss wasn't completely on him but it's no accident that as soon as he entered the game a one point game was quickly pushed to double digits. He probably has the worst +/- among the players receiving regular play time.
I'd love to see the Thunder release him as soon as Westbrook is healthy.

I felt the same way regarding Felton after last nights game that they should just cut him when Russ comes back.
The problem is that we have learned the hard way that we can't count on guys to remain healthy or stay that way. Andre had a setback, Russ has missed 4 games and counting at this point.
If you cut him and Russ goes down again for any reason, there is no backup PG on the roster behind Schroeder.
They SHOULD limit his time when the team is healthy to almost zero, and if there are injuries, give him a directive that he has to actually run the offense and a short leash.
That would require him being held accountable though.....

My recommendation would be to find a third PG to replace Felton.Osirus89 wrote:1bigfan13 wrote:The Thunder have a real problem with Felton running the second team offense. He's a locker room presence, they won't release him.
“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.

He's not here to play, it's that simple.

Out of all nba city’s OKC has the highest Golden Coral rate per capita than any other city. Raymond will like retire in okc.

Does this count as an impermissible contract benefit?
