I've never seen LeBron this shakey at the line in 10 years.

^ Agreed. But he’s never looked comfortable at the line throughout his career. Deer in headlights oftentimes. Looking like Barkley’s golf swing lately.

Bend your knees. One motion.

Ugly win but a win. Lots of good to take from it. Where the hell did LeBron come from on that putback?

Good to see a defensive play be the game winning play for once.

This team has to work a lot on 3pt defense and FTs like everyday at practice.

No clutch...

Liking Kuz's more utilitarian role the last few games... Letting the game come to him more and doing what he can to help the team... It's a good look for him.

I'm out there in the conspiracy area with Bron. He looks hurt to me. The "throne" and the lack of strength at times sure looks different (much different) than what we've seen.... my guess is a back issue. The difference is too stark to just be aging.

Kuz is playing really well off Bron. I hate the way we are closing games however. I'd like to see us try Kuzma and set him up a few times to see what that looks like. Right now he's just standing in the corner while Bron and Ingram pound it.

He definitely has back issues. He’s had them for several years now. But I don’t see much of a difference, athletically, from where he was last year at this point. He gradually gets more and more loose and less conservative in his attack as the second half of the season approaches. Too early to say that he has serious health concerns or that he’s dropped a lot since last season.

Then let’s have a slow lineup and a fast one, if LeBron can’t run.

  yea not quite. As much of a Lonzo fan as I am (biggest Lonzo fan on the board), I'm just as much of a Trae fan after following him all of last season similar to how I followed Zo the year before at UCLA.

As great as Lonzo is on defense, Trae had no trouble with him at all last night. Lonzo is too weak physically (as much as I hate to admit it) to bother Trae. Trae just kept getting by him and then slowing up and waiting for the body contact from Zo and then using that ligth push to propel himself towards the basket and into separation from Zo or whoever was defending him. It really was brilliant body control by Trae last night.

He's the real deal.

That's what I've been telling everyone since last December. Welcome to the party, pal! :D

I just wish Lonzo would live up to the similar hype I gave him around the same time in his college season, but I havne't given up on him yet. When Lonzo was drafted I said it would take him 3 years to develop and I'm staying by that time table.

He does these weird spin moves at the elbow... That's where he loses the ball a lot.

Further thought has me thinking that it may be more apparent this year because we don't spread the floor well for him... Which logically has to extend to Ingram as well, because the touches he's getting are essentially the same drive touches LeBron gets.

So yeah... We need to spread the floor more... Which surprises no one.

Young was brilliant make no mistake but both our P.G's could have done more to stop him defensively (granted, Young didn't do a lot to Ball on the flipside, who did exactly what he needed to do, not take too many shots and play the passing lanes).

A win that felt more like a loss in a way. Ingram's shooting woes continue, as does Kuzma's for that matter and now Hart started having them. I did say we should have signed Alex Len but no, we'll keep Zubac instead.

Also McGee's first bad game, its weird, so used to see him putting up 18PPG or so nowadays that him not getting double digits is just bizzare

Guess its positive when you play that badly and still end up on top somehow.

I'm a diehard fan of 2 players, Lonzo and Trae. Lonzo is the reason I bought the NBA package. This year I added Atlanta to that same level of commitment. I was very happy to see both of them play well last night. It was exactly what I wanted. Both played well and LA won the game so Atlanta's PILE ON 4 ZION didn't take a hit. Although I must admit it would've been nice for Trae to add a game winner vs Lebron on the road to his growing CV. But, gotta stay focused on the tank :)

an embarassing win, but I'll take it any way we can get it. Nice to win one when we suck - but why wasn't LBJ called for hanging on the rim?
