Part of that is the rest of the league is playing WAY faster (our current number would be good for top 10 last year) but our pace actually went down some. I do think we need to ramp it up a little bit but it shows that were valuing good shots and not just taking the first shot available.

We need to force more turnovers and protect the defensive glass better. That is one way to ramp it up (get on the break).

Also, having PFs like RHJ, Carroll, and Rodi that can push the ball on a rebound will help as well I think.

Being 5-6 after 11 games for a team this young is actually pretty good, especially when you look at our point differential.

It's because our point guard doesn't have any break away speed to run in transition. We seem to play fast because we make quick plays since we shoot at will. These last two games though, DLO has been better taking it to the hole and trying to finish strong. Which is the big difference on why we are scoring in the paint at will.

Funny thing is, I think we can excel a lot farther if we run in transition more often. Jarrett Allen is probably a top 3 centers who can run on transition which a huge advantage that we aren't really utilizing. Not to mention, RHJ and LeVert are great in transition as well while they both have their special mechanic that also help transition offense. RHJ is a great passer through broken plays. LeVert and Harris are great spot up shooters to spread the floor.

Honestly from thinking about it, while I was writing about this. Should we be interested in John Wall's 45 million contract? I mean he'd fit with us a lot better than he would with the Wizards.

Did Rhondae have a good game?

I don't remember. But I know he's 100x better than Dudley. That's why I asked.

10 years from now will Rhondae be a starter? We'll see.
