No. You don't completely stop talking to the ref altogether once you have one technical. That is patently ridiculous.

It is ridiculous. You had a young and inexperienced ref who made some calls and botched some calls. AND, unfortunately, he wanted to and did make his mark on the game. You absolutely can not toss a HC in the closing minutes of a 4th qtr in a heated contest because he asked you 'What was that?'. Just amateur hour.

We do need a backup PG to initiate the offense when Bledsoe is out, unfortunately I don't think Brogdon is that guy.

Possibly a call late in a close game? His player's respect knowing he has their backs? Literally just pushing back against the BS calls.

In that situation, you do. Especially with the official tossing Ts out left and right. Not smart.

ppl taking about giannis after this one is laughable

game was played at memphis tempo for much of the game, we didn't defend the 3 well enough nor shoot it well, refs played a part, enough said.

Hope Bud seriously rips the officiating in the presser.

I don't get why people don't see the problem with Giannis in the offense refusing to take wide open jump shots. I'd imagine most of his turnovers come after he passed up a wide open shot.

Yeah. That's an utterly ludicrous take. How can someone watch Giannis and not see the jumper flaw in his game? It's indefensible. Jabari?!? JABARI?!? How do you even bring his name to me. Pfffffft.

You watched this game and you came back with the reason of the loss being Giannis not having a jumper? of all the things we saw today that's what made you an impression? I mean yes if Giannis had scored 40 instead of 30 maybe we would have a better chance

Point out where in his post he said Giannis' jumpshot was the reason for this loss.

He never was and I think never will be a good facilitator. I mean he never can pass the ball to Giannis in the post. He literally cant.

Not to mention:

(A) that was a foul on Mack

and

(B) If the ref botched the foul push, then that was blatantly a tipped ball on Mack out of bounds to the Bucks

It was a very very close game (3 points) at that point with 3:24 left (?). How in the hell do you not ask the ref what in the utter f*** he was looking at there? You're the 2 team in the East. At Home. Undefeated at Home. And, your players are getting no respect.

Brogdon needs about 3 seconds to make the simplest of passes and then the pass is not there

One game I want Giannis to take 12 3 pointers. If he makes none of them, I want to see the reaction in those boards if we lose.

Wait, nevermind, I already know the reaction, especially if it is an important game.

If I had to guess: some people are annoyed that after every loss the Giannis has no jumper topic gets brought up. Only my guess tho

Can’t believe anyone would fault Bud for the ejection. Thank god we have a coach who seems to give a ****.

I don't care about the board. I've been advocating for him to take open shots no matter the result.

He did not say it was the reason.

He said it was a reason.

bizarro wrote:Bent over by refs, sure. Rookie ref making way too many quick calls. That 5 second foul call was egregious. AND, 4 missed crucial FT's by guards the difference. Giannis' absolute inability to hit let alone take a jumpshot a difference. Bigs utter inability to defend pop bigs a major difference.

Thanks, Prez. Exactly. Not once mentioned. Not referenced. Not even remotely hinted at.

It was so ridiculous you could see the T coming. I'm not defending the ref, he was terrible. And Bud gave him another opportunity to be terrible.
