Pointing out Giannis' turnovers and poor development as a shooter isn't holding him to LeBron standards.

And again, show me all the posters who are saying Giannis is the main reason for this loss.

In LeBron's 6th year he was taking almost 5 3s a game and made 34.4% of them. Giannis is taking 2.2 3s a game and making 7.7% of them.

And why you want him shoot more?

Maybe the Bucks are building a new arena. :o

Right...because prime LeBron is a GOAT-level player, and Giannis isn't remotely close to that.
Also i already showed you last game that Lebron was as bad shooter as Giannis before he went to heat. Its a widely known fact.

Nah, it really isn't.

Lebron wasnt in Prime with Cavs, not even close. For the love of god stop it.

I showed you Giannis shooting splits vs Lebron last game, since you're a mod use the search function to find it.

Lebron and Giannis had a lot of similarities in midrange shooting ,they both are/were bad, it doesnt matter who sucks more they both sucks its wide known fact that Lebron wasnt a good shooter till his Miami days.Lebron was under 50% fg despite being a monster on the paint.

That and the fact that Giannis had an idiot of a coach that forbid him to shoot.

Nah you're right, LeBron wasn't in his prime when he won back to back MVPs and had one of the greatest individual seasons in NBA history in 2009.

Because 3s are better than 2s and getting 2s will be a lot easier if he's a threat to make 3s with any consistency on top of helping him cut down on offensive fouls and turnovers by forcing defenders to come up and defend him instead of sagging off waiting for him to drive.

Just in case you don't follow through, here's the first two pages:

"fvv is playing like garbage and kawhi doing his best DD impersonation"
"That TO by Kawhi hurts."
"Kawhi DeFumble"
"6 TOs by Kawhi. He was really bad down the stretch."
"Kawhi morphed into Derozen. Just awful. "

Yep.

The problem is that he has nights when his FT shooting seems good and then nights when his FT shooting seems bad, mixed with each other.

Until he shows some consistent results, I expect his FT shooting to be an issue.

Quoting this to suggest that one of you guys should consider changing his username. I'd never tell anyone what to do, but I think I've confused the two of you before more than once. Lots of Ts Ds and 2-digit numbers.

DingleJerry has been taken but I think RoadSoda is still available. I'm pretty sure Glenn is in charge. :D

Honestly, this criticism from fans of his own team is pretty much unprecedented in the NBA.

OMG you cant be serious, even the most hard die Cavs fans will tell you that Miami Lebron> Cavs one. He was more efficient better defender and was impact the floor despite having lower usage and sharing the floor with other 2 superstars.

He was also much more efficient and overall better player

MVP means nothing, its all about narrative and Lebron could've won multiple but he didnt because league didnt want him to monopolize it despite being the best player by far.

they are not saying anything else, I suppose if they thought something else was the reason they would have written this down instead

By the way this is the postgame thread, if you happen to visit Giannis's thread you will maybe see my post discussing Giannis's shot (or lack of). Seriously I would have defended Pat if somebody was discussing that he missed some assignment or missed a shot. We have many players to criticize today, let's be fair to the players that tried to give us the win

You know why star players take a lot of criticism? Not only because they get a lot of the praise when the team wins but also because the team will win a lot more if the star player improves their game. Sure the Bucks will improve a little bit if Brogdon becomes a better ball handler but how much will the Bucks improve if Giannis can develop into a 35% 3 point shooter? A ton because not only will he be able to get basically anywhere he wants to, defenders won't be able to anticipate his next move as easily and that leads to less offensive fouls, more efficiency on offense, it will just make everything easier for everybody.

Peak =/= prime. If you don't think LeBron was in his prime even in his last couple years in Cleveland before the decision I don't think you followed his career very closely.

You here people call as cheerleaders of Giannis when most of us are telling you that he can't shoot, its not positive about him btw, its bad but the truth is he can't so if you like him him you must have this in mind and also that he will make turnovers, this is his game and if you expect more its not his fault.

I stopped at pg. 10.

At his rate, I think they are going to trade us Kawhi for Dely.

Fine! This is not a make or break year. Let him take 5 a game and work on his form in game action and get some confidence. If he misses, he misses. Just don't stand there and hesitate and wait 5 seconds before deciding whether or not you should take it or try to drive into 3 defenders waiting to take a charge.

This is hilarious, literally 90% of the post blame their coach, other 5 % are memeing about Kawhi and others actually blame, the fact is not many agree with them either if you watch the ands 1 ( tstu me ands 1 matter there)
