His jumper isn't broken or anything, he's just never had to use it. I think it's reasonable to think he could develop a respectable 3P shot in the NBA. There's certainly precedent - Kawhi was a bit of a bruiser in college with a <30% 3P%. Draymond didn't start attempting 3s until his junior year in college.

Short frame tho - at 6'6'' with average sized arms it'll be tough (damn near impossible) to get that shot off against NBA sized 4s who are often 7ft tall
