Notice how Billy puts Schroder on Fox and Westbrook on Shumpert. Andddd Shumpert makes a bucket.

27-12.

Too early to concede defeat on this one? And why do we struggle so much against the Kings? I know they are improved this year, but if this continues the rest of the night, this will mark two games where they've handled us rather easily.

schroder-westbrook lineups are stupid. this is going to be the death of the team, playing these guys together so much. one is made pretty much useless by the other. and neither is good defensively.

westbrook is not playing at the same level of defensive intensity as the rest of the team. it's quite obvious.

The Kings match up really well with us and are very underrated. Joeger is a good coach (not sure why SAC is talking about getting rid of him) and he’s getting the most out of a healthy and revitalized Shumpert. Fox matches up well with Westbrook and WCS is super underrated offensively and defensively.

Well, we had some momentum at one point, cutting the lead to 7 at 31-24. But the Kings close the quarter on a 6-0 run in the final minute to push their lead back out to 13. The Kings have now scored 168 points in 5 quarters played against us this year. That's 33.6 points per quarter. We can't guard them. At all.

Ferguson and Abrines still out. Diallo playing like doo doo. We are all out of wings because Westbrook picked up 2 early fouls.

I just love the fact that the one option at SG that appears competent on both sides of the ball, we gave up on before even giving him a chance to prove himself. No he’s out there proving himself for some other team to give him a contract. This was done by the GM who hates to lose any asset.

playing at 100mph after the other team makes a shot is easier than focusing on defense to stop the team making a shot. it's fake hustle. we don't need to play that way. it makes our transition game so inefficient, with all the rushed shots and passing. too wild.

You need to watch the rest of the team more closely. They all suck tonight. Westbrook didn’t foul a three point shooter or give bogdon a wide open path to a layup.

The tax should have nothing to do with not giving him minutes the first fifteen games of the year.

The Kings are beating us at our own game. They just match up so good against us. They have so many shooters and guys who can just get out and run with us in transition.

Unless they decide to start playing defense, this game is over. We just don’t have the scorers to play this game and win.

Westbrook is literally putting the nail in the defenses coffin as we speak.
