Scott's 3 point shooting was the difference. And Lou Williams knowing how to properly close out a game. Hawks were competitive, Trae got out of his slump and put up big numbers, Collins played well, Prince had a solid game, so there was definite progress.

:D

WILLIAMS & SCOTT - Attorneys at law.

NO! Two ex Hawks who slayed Atlanta last night.

Against guys the size of Boban and Montresz, I'd have considered going even smaller:

Vince and Taurean at the 4 and 5 spots alongside Lin, Trae and Baze.

I'd have spread the Clippers out as far as possible and then run those guys off the floor...

What about rebounding? I do think LP should get more creative with the lineups. I like your lineup but maybe with Collins. But maybe Collins isn't ready yet, though he looked great last night. I'd like to see Lin more aggressive. He's restrained but I guess that injury is in the back of his head.

Rebounding would definitely be the flaw in that lineup. We'd gain a speed advantage and intentionally lose any rebounding edge.

Sadly, no single player on our squad can box out a guy as big as Boban individually. He's too much of a mismatch.

You might as well benefit from the mismatch on the other end by putting out your 5 best three point shooters and letting it fly in transition or from deep.

It's a good showing. Seemed like Prince played well but missed a lot of shots when it counted. How in the hell does Harrell get 18 free throws. Ridiculous.

I don’t think Lin played restrained. He tried to block Boban’s shot. BOBAN!

He’s just playing more controlled.
