Re: Knicks 117 @ Celtics 109 Post-game Notes (9-9)
Like I said in the GT
I'd start Kyrie/Smart/Tatum/Morris/Horford, and hope something clicks. I'd like to start Hayward over Morris, but the thought of Jaylen/Rozier/Morris all being black holes off the bench frightens me.
Rozier/Jaylen are becoming problems for this team, there's being a black hole and there's being selfish, they are the latter.

Do you mean he's leaving or the C's will trade him? The Knicks won to get to a grand total of 5-14, Kyrie's leaving here for them?
I see either scenario more likely than him staying in Boston after this season
Kyrie's been the only one actually playing consistently well as of late, but you see him being traded likely.
Thanks for the Ted talk.

I wonder what Brown's lectures at Harvard are about. Certainly not anything that has any brain power behind it at all.

I am actually stunned as bad as this game looked Kyrie had 22 points and 13 assists. He was pretty cold at times and it was a cluster poop of a game with the offense yet again.
And nobody seems to miss against the Celtics in the 4th shooting.

All kidding aside, I think Hayward's earned a starting spot back, and I"m ok with Brown being the one coming off the bench.

Empty stats. Kyrie wasn't good on offense and was pretty terrible defensively.
Also needs to do a much better job as the leader of this team (like he calls himself). No chemistry and no confidence. Not a good look for him.

Stop blaming the players. The issue is Brad Stevens. The amount talent he has on this team, there is no way he should be losing to the Knicks.

Agree. You got to put your best players in as starters from this season.
And I know Hayward shot better tonight but with him getting those shots and points I sometimes want to sing:

Hats off to Captain_Caveman - again - for always being down on Brown. Well done. He's everything you said he was (and wasn't).

Brown, Morris, and Rozier....The ball would never move. Which I guess is what's happening now.

No he wasnt. Jaylen tried to jump passing lanes about 20 times in a row against Burke in the second quarter, giving him an open jumper each time. He jumped through Kyrie to steal an uncontested rebound in the third. He refused to pass it to Tatum for a wide open dunk with the game on the line.
Hes a selfish **** player chasing stats instead of winning. He cares about getting paid more than anything else. Im **** done with it.

Didn't say it was pretty lol. Just saying I was amazed when I looked at the post game stats is all.
I agree he wasn't that good but he also can't fix some of the guys on this team either. Some things going on are beyond the control IMO of any one player on the squad.

Re: Knicks 117 @ Celtics 109 Post-game Notes (9-9)
I’m not that mad about Brown when he tried to dunk it. The Celtics were down with like 40 seconds left, you have to score quick there without having to look who’s around you. The tech was dumb and the expected free throw miss was inevitable. Just a bad break.
There’s so much more that can be said that was bad. The entire season of Terry Rozier has been one big pile of ****

I went to one of them. He kept dropping the mic and eventually kicked it off stage. His hair looked cool in person though
