Brett Dawson reported Abrines isn’t playing.

Oh. Weird. Sideline reporter said Abrines was available to play.

I think he’s available. Dawson’s was prior to leslie’s.

Ah, okay. Maybe he’s on minutes restriction or we are just going to play him if we absolutely need to? What is going on with him? I know he was sick, but damn, can we get some better reporting?

We’ve got to step it up. We’ve got 5 turnovers in 1st quarter and we aren’t working hard enough to get better looks.

Nah, cuz. He means he’s literally burnt to a crisp. Yes he looks off. He’s trying to shake off some rust.

I think russ looks a little pudgy.

Aged very poorly. Schroder with back to back turnovers.

Look. We knew Westbrook’s reliance on athleticism, speed, and hops was going to start taking a toll on his body sooner rather than later. Presti made moves to accommodate. Furthermore, this is why I think having Roberson return to starting is extremely concerning. Somebody needs to take the offensive load off of Westbrook.

Schroder has played better than Westbrook on defense and he’s been more consistent. Not saying Schroder is going to be better than Westbrook this year, but thus far, Schroder has been the better point guard.

You gripe about russ’ defense all the time. Pick a complaint and stick with it. Better yet, be patient. It’s going to take russ a little bit of time to get back in game shape. He looks like he has a dad bod right now but you talk like he’s Felton. If Presti needs a $15 million pg, then it’s time to trade russ. Be patient.
