21/14/10 in 25 minutes. Screw his agent!

His agent has nothing to do with it. Magic and Pelinka did not want to pay him.

He was a RFA. We could've matched that offer. If you think he'll pick up his PO, think again.

There are restrictions as to what sort of contracts you can offer a restricted free agent.

One of the restrictions is that the offer sheet contracts to RFAs need to be a minimum 2 years, not including option years.

Look what Lebron is doing with this team, and look what KD is doing without Curry. Anyone that thinks KD (cough..cough...Skip Bayless) is better than Lebron shouldn't be talking basketball.

Yeah, that's a bummer. If he doesn't end up staying in Toronto, they're going to be looking pretty damn attractive to Kawhi. Can probably scratch him off the list, if he was even interested in coming here in the first place.

i've taken a quick look at their cap, and they can conceivably open up two max slots by renouncing harris (22.0 mil cap hold) and moving gallo (22.6 mil expiring).

heck, even if they don't renounce harris or move gallo, they'll have one kawhi-sized max slot, and could very well be able to use harris, gallo and futures for another max level star, essentially doing the same thing.

they could essentially have:
- KD (38.2 mil) OR Gallo + Harris
- Kawhi (32.7 mil)
- Lou (8.0 mil)
- Harrell (6.0 mil)
- SGA (4.0 mil)
- Jerome Robinson (3.6 mil)
- Thornwell (1.6 mil)
- Juwan Evans (1.6 mil)
- Wallace (1.6 mil)
- room MLE

that's nothing to sniff at, those are the main core pieces of a future contender

I can see the Clippers getting Kawhi but there's nothing in Durant's psyche that tells me he'd go to a team that isn't even the biggest ticket in town.

WTF. Wiggins and Covington combined for 4 pts tonight, on 1-30 FG, 0-14 from 3's.

ONE FOR THIRTY....I've never seen anything like this ever.

He has more money than wits and more luck than sense. He was well on his way to letting Doc Rivers run the franchise into the ground before he lucked into Jerry West.

Logo will take the money and run sooner rather than later. Nobody stands Ballmer for very long. He serves as living proof that money can’t buy class.

38/8/8 for DLo, glad to see him have such a nice game and having a pretty good season with 17.8/5.5/4

He needs to be more consistent.

Yeah, he had a big game recently and I checked in on his next outing, and he had something like five points. But, he seems to be improving. Those numbers speak for themselves.

An interesting nugget Kevin pelton dropped today on a podcast was to help sort out the Western conference standings due to the weirdness of it right now, go to espn nba standings and sort by point differential. He thinks that's closer to the truth then how the standings look now. I think Lakers are 8th. They were 9th but the rockets just lost.
