Seems like a good game to have missed because of travel.
Anyone want to throw out a quick recap?
Magic bad. Nuggets good?

Setteling well in his role as high quality role player instad of thinking he is next big thing.
I completely agree, AG is having a good year. Not taking as many bad shots and playing within himself. With that being said I still don't see him being more than a role player on a good team. It's not like he putting up some monster numbers. He may pop off for some scoring out burst from time to time but he just not that type of player. As long as he is playing efficiently as he has been I am happy.
I really wonder when the Victor/AG comparison will end especially since what happened to Victor was an anomaly.
And although I am not a big Vuc fan, I think the team needs to make a change and trade him, he has been the Magic's best and most efficient player (shooting 50% from the field) so far this year. The guy just won player of the week. So it is understandable that he gets the most shots.

The funny part is that people were telling me the same things when I was saying Dipo would be a star in this league. Our fans tend to underrate their players until their gone because I guess you guys never think we have anything/anyone good. It's too gloomy here. No positivity or hope. I don't think AG is some superstar, but he's a borderline All-Star talent. We need to surround him with an Alpha scorer/playmaker.
God. Family. Country. Basketball.

I completely disagree, most most fans tend to overrate their players, always giving them a chance. In my time in Orlando, there have been more players that have been over hyped ending up becoming nothing amazing (Darko, Ariza, Harkless and even Tobes are the ones that come to mind) instead of something special like Victor. Yet everyone wants to compare AG to Victor instead of one of those role players. Not every player that has talent becomes a superstar or borderline all-star
And what happened to Victor is quite rare. Not many players blow up like he did especially after showing little signs of stardom and 2 teams literally give up on him.

I think people take the Oladipo point with regards to AG too literally. I don't think people are literally saying AG will become as good as Oladipo has become, but that he is still getting better and could be a fringe all-star or possibly even all-star level one day.

I think people are taking it literally. If not, why not just compare him to another fringe all Star? A more appropriate comparison would be a guy like a like Tobes but people would rather just push the Victor comparison. Think for alot of people comparing AG to anything less than Victor, a fringe all star, would just make him tradeable and they definitely don't want that to happen.
