Yeah, I'm with you there. While I have serious reservations regarding the judgment of uniformed police officers, getting into a shouting match with a cop...at 3AM...at the scene of an attempted murder...is dumb.

Agreed my dad used to say anything happens after 10pm is no good. Don’t stay out kids it’s a waste.

I used to scoff at that in my teens and 20's, now its like oh man it's past midnight already? gotta go home before the witching hour takes effect.

If we are just fan wishlisting I'd love to see Thrillsap back. He's one of my favorite NBA players of all time.

Al Horford can die alone for all I care. Traitor in every sense of the word.

I also voted Korver.

Korver can do alot more than just teach how to shoot, the guy has some serious BBIQ. He is also seriously smart on the defensive end and is way underrated outside of Atlanta with his team defense skills.

I'm just making a guess, but I think Korver is a film rat and i wouldn't be surprise if he is an Xs and Os genius

Too bad. Too late. Jazz trade for Korver.

I'm curious, what would you guys think of bringing back Coach Larry Drew as a Lead Assistant for Lloyd on the bench?

He was a solid development guy for Smoove, Marvin and Horford and a decent Xs and Os person, too.

He flamed out in Milwaukee, undeniably. But he always struck me as a decent assistant, and he could be a big asset for LP moving forward.

After he took Giannis intel to the Bucks and given that we are in an era for this team where our draft picks are super crucial, I'm going to ixnay that one if I make the call.

Not a single player. The past needs left in the past. I hated seeing Teague traded to Indy, but it's done now and I'm happy he's doing well in Minny. Funny thing is, I have Bazemore, Horford, Millsap, and Teague all on my fantasy team and Millsap and Horford spend a lot of time "resting" or injured nowadays. We have a fresh slate with Collins and Trae and a couple lotto picks coming up. A lot to be interested in going forwards to make a move going backwards.

I'd love to bring back Korver, Millsap or Carroll sometime before the end of their careers. Even if it's just a last season of their career type thing like with Garnett in Minnesota or Elton Brand in Philly.

Korver would be my pick personally. He has this pregame routine which you can really enjoy if you get to the stadium early enough -- he'd be the first one on the court with only a ballboy, and he'd take about 100 3s, nailing around 90 of them in machine-like precision. It's mesmerizing, and arguably as entertaining as the game itself.

Agreed on Korver. He'd make an amazing in-locker-room mentor for Huerter. And a solid special-advisor-for-the-team after his playing days are over.

NOTE: This is what I hate about the frequent regime changes we've undergone the last decade-plus. Everytime a new group comes in, we lose all connections to past standout players/coaches. I can't see Korver coming back without Bud/Ferry/Drew/Horford/Wilcox around to help coax him back to ATL.

That is unfortunate.

Spoiler:
It's like that first time you go back to visit college/HS/fraternity and you realize none of the new people know or care who you are.

It no longer feels like home. Just some place you used to live...
