Everything is going just fine to me, I dunno about you guys. We just moved up to 6th on Tankathon.

A package of BKN 1ST/DEN 1ST is good for a move up one spot if we're in the top 6 imo. someone will bite.

if we come away with either Bol, Langford or Little thats a coup for the Nets.

The Nets are competing in games and losing. So, hey we get entertained while we tank. I think its a win/win imo

Another bitter sweet loss, love our competitiveness, so much of me wants us to win but we’re giving ourselves every chance at a top pick.
Side note - are we the worst inbounding team in the league? Our late inbound plays are disgusting, that’s given we even get the ball to one of our own. We have 3 point guards and constantly inbound with Harris/Carrol

Same, I can't watched this game but I take this D.

But, I don't want to lose everytime and on long period now I want a W coming asap.
Be 5/6 in draft that what I want

Hey if we're competing, we got to take it. We'll have some lapses but for the most part the team is competing. Makes these Ls more exciting lol....

Just hope the right guys are developing.

Washington is such a dumpster fire though.

Hey FrenchNBAFan, if you're still reading, how did you happen to become a Nets fan?

Presuming you're checking in from France, it seems pretty interesting you would choose the Nets over teams like the Lakers, Spurs, etc.

Hah!

For myself, it was the magic of Jason Kidd. Maybe for others it was the wonder of VC. I'm coming up on 20 years of being a Nets fan. :o

L2M report - Jarren Jackson 4 point play should have been an offensive foul

Yes it’s a superstars league and I get that we don’t get calls for that reason, and I don’t like to blame refs, but how many times have we read this narrative from the league in L2M reports

I haven't seen them all, but that's at least the 2nd game lost on a blown call. Philly was as well.

Ahah the story is funny. Because DLo is one of my fav players. Until here I didn't have a favorite team, when he was traded to Brooklyn I was sooooo sad and angry like " oh f*** I have to watch this trash team to watch DLo play ?? " and then after few games I discovered RHJ and I liked him, LeVert, Allen too, Dinwiddie .. and I fell in love with this young core and the fact the team play hard even if there isn't lot of talent. And the visual identity, jersey etc are really good

So my first season with Brooklyn was last year, I didn't know the Brook Lopez era and before I beggin to follow you I saw Nets just like an extremely trash team with just only beautiful jersey, but actually the organization and fans seduced me

So, I never thought to say it but now, even if DLo will be gone, I really think I will continue to follow the Nets ( even if I will be very sad )

So the multiple L2M reports that were triggered in the double OT games yielded 8 incorrect calls. 6 hurt the Nets & 2 hurt the Grizz. The two biggest both went against the Nets at the end of regulation.
Those that impacted the Nets:
— 26.2 seconds left in the fourth quarter: Rondae Hollis-Jefferson was called for a shooting foul. Grizzlies rookie Jaren Jackson Jr “unnaturally” extended his legs, preventing Hollis-Jefferson from making contact.

— 23 seconds left in the fourth quarter: Jackson Jr. got away with a personal foul on D’Angelo Russell during the inbound pass, resulting in a turnover in favor of Memphis.

— 1:52 mark of the first overtime period: Grizzlies veteran Mike Conley committed a defensive three-second violation that wasn’t called.

— 35.4 second left in the first overtime: A foul away from the play, Shelvin Mack went uncalled

— 20.7 seconds left in the first overtime: Marc Gasol got away with a loose ball foul while jockeying with Jarrett Allen for a rebound allowing the Grizzlies to retain possession

— 35 second left in the second overtime: Jaren Jackson Jr avoided a personal foul on Jarrett Allen

The 2 that harmed the Grizz were an incorrect foul call drawn by Dinwiddie against Conley in OT1, and a missed travel by Russell in OT2.

we got jobbed... at the same time why are we out of controlling closing out on 3 point shooters up by 7 with less then 45 seconds to play?

Because it's Rondae. There is nothing that he does on the basketball court that is in control
