From a disasterous 3 fumbles and looking totally unsettled to that masterful 2nd half. That was special. He is a gamer.

Same thing for the defense. 38 first half points vs 3 in the 2nd half.

This team has some serious heart. They are relentless. Oh and loads of talent too.

I thought it was over when they fumbled that punt just before half, should've known better they got tons of fight and spirit.

I thought that we want Gators instead of LSU? Fiesta Bowl is a higher quality bowl game isn't it? Now I wish I stayed at the game but it looked so bad in the 1st quarter, felt like there was no hope.

Assuming Ohio State and UGA don't get in. Who do y'all want in your bowl game, Ohio State, UGA, Michigan?

Who is Darrell Mack?

It’s still a close game in the 4th. Who has lost?

You are the worst kind of fan. Ignorant and fair-weathered.

You don't know me at all. I'm working overtime hours with my job and trying my best around my job to go to these sporting events. Because I work Saturdays I have to put in Personal paid time off to go to these games. We can't use vacation time until the new year hits. Than there's the other thing called unpaid time off which we are really only supposed to use for emergency situations. I was trying to use up the 4 hours of personal paid time off I have to attend this whole conference championship game but when they were killing us in the 1st quarter, I decided to go right to work and cancel the personal time use for saturday so now I get back those 4 hours of PTO I can still use for something else. It would have really helped if I had Saturday off from work than I would have stayed until the game is clearly out of reach and/ or stay after the game if UCF win.

You usually hating on UCF and our fanbase. Your comment was inapproriate, I never called you any names or attacked you in any way or anybody on here.

UCF will poll at 6, 7, or 8.

That there are three other undefeated teams this year makes your argument powerful.

Last year: less so. Indeed OSU deserved a playoff bid over Alabama, as a conference champion.

A new rule needs to be made: only conference champions, even in the power five, deserve consideration for the playoffs. Yes that excludes Notre Dame for eternity. And thus, they join the Big-10 as a response.

OSU goes to the Rose bowl and needs to be eliminated from a choice selection.

UGA seems improbably, and Michigan in the Fiesta bowl will gain the media's voice.

McCrae finished with a 9.0 average.

UCF's running game with Mack Jr. looks to be very, very strong next year.

As an aside, I do not see any controversy as it is celery, unambiguously Oklahoma over OSU for the 4th slot.

What I fear is the ranking could have 2 two-loss teams over UCF, which is ridiculous: Georgia and Michigan.

Trivia:

Division 1 had exactly two QB's this year with at least 2 passing and 3 rushing touchdowns in a single game: Milton and Mack. That's the full list!

I would not put in Notre Dame who doesn't play a conference championship game. We play in conference championship and went undefeated last year and this year. My top 4 would be Alabama and Clemson obviously than Oklahoma and UCF. Notre Dame should be 5th.

I think we really impressed the committee and the world yesterday. Here's 3 reasons you can impress the selection committee and we did all 3 yesterday

1.Win Conference championship game
2. Win the conference championship with your backup QB
3. Outscore the opponent 35 to 3 in the 2nd half after getting destroyed in the 1st half.

What a great night!

The comeback was remarkable, the play of Mack and the deep throws being on target were huge.

A huge shout-out goes to the crowd. Arguably, this was the most consistently engaged crowd from start to finish that I've seen in 20 years as a season ticket holder.

There were some picked up flags that were of benefit and will have to watch the replay today.

I thought memphis relied on the wildcat too much in the second half, was very surprised that the QB rarely challenged either the middle of the field or downfield. But he is s frosh QB.

Norvell made a poor decision to kick the FG on fourth down. This was clearly a game of touchdowns, and a FG deflated Memphis.

Oh well, another conference championship trophy in the case with another trip to an NY6 bowl soon.

"25".

WOW!!!!!

so if an injury happened, or the stars aligned just right, an 8-5 Pittsburgh would go to the playoffs? and

Immensely proud of those kids, our program, students, and fans. Ride's not over, we'll see what happens later today.

If it is the Fiesta Bowl, flights to Phoenix (or major airports nearby) are more expensive than last Fiesta Bowl UCF played in which is robbery.

All I'll say is this team will be even better with 4 weeks off to heal up (lots of injuries) and plan for whoever.

Tale of two halves last night.... just another unbelievable day to be a Knight. We’ll get screwed again on the playoffs but I’m damn proud of these young men for pushing forward anyways.

My expectation is that it's going to be UCF v. LSU in the Fiesta Bowl. Anything else would surprise me greatly.

Great news for our league. Record # for AAC while going against the SEC in the television time slot.

Well it's Alabama, Clemson, Notre Dame and Oklahoma. They only dropped Georgia one spot. They might try to put Georgia in with UCF.

I still believe it's the Fiesta bowl against LSU.

8th in the final CFB Playoff rankings behind a pair of two loss teams.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
