I said Bogdan was an overpay when Sacto signed him. We tossed him into a trade in order to move up five spots and select a giant bust in the draft. Now, I can't deny that I would easily trade our recent #4 selection for him and Bjelica - a guy we could have had instead of Ariza, with money to spare. Or for Bogdan and Justin Jackson or H. Giles, each of whom was selected after Josh. I'd certainly trade our #4 pick from 2016 for the #6 pick taken in the same year - their starting SG, Buddy Hield.

God, the whole Sacramento Kings roster is a kick to the nuts of our front office. We could plausibly have had all of
Fox/Booker/Hield/Bogdanogic/Warren/Bridges/Bjelica/Ayton under contract, with other teams' draft picks and cap space to spare. Instead we got Josh, Dragan, Quese and Ariza, along with $35 million in Ryan Anderson dollars, representing part of the price this team is paying for bad decisions.

God help us if we have to endure another bad season in 2019-20. Too many of us are already pleading mercy. They better nail that 2019 draft (and free agency).... I come to this message board in part because I'm dreaming that someone with influence might just be reading. But at some point you run out of pairs of pennies to give, and you just want whoever's collecting your coins to go f*** themselves.

That is amazing we could easily have Fox, Hield and Bogdanovic, plus 13 (Levert) and 27 we gave up for Chriss (Dejounte Murrray?). That would be some serious shooting, wing depth, and two nice point guards.

If the Suns had drafted Fox, Bogdan and Heild they would not have Ayton. Really bad drafting for years landed them the first spot last year.

With Fox they may have, considering he was terrible last year. Maybe not with Bogdan and Hield but the lotto could have played out differently as well. Or if we had Fox, Bogdan, HIeld and Jackson, Jr, Doncic or Carter that might not be a bad thing either.

No, hopefully they make the playoffs, because Boston would probably defy the odds and jump top 4....though I guess you did say "pick" and not "slot in lottery".

If he can at least outplay Bagley, that will somewhat be a success. SAC has decent big guys, so it wont be that easy for him.

Oh, ok missed that info, thnx. Then hopefully Ayton will play more relaxed by not feeling any pressure from another highly drafted rookie.

I don't think Deandre GAF about anyone who isn't bigger than him... him not G'ingAF is actually a bit of a problem. I for sure wish Bagley were playing.

I don't fear the player that has practiced 1000 post moves, i fear fear player that has practiced 1 post move 1000 times.

Oh, I was hoping Bagley was playing as I think he gets pumped up to play his current top rookies. Dominated him in summer league and two of our wins are against Dallas and Memphis.

I wonder if Igor is gonna make Ayton the go-to scorer this game. Hopefully run some plays for the big man we've yet to see.

So what's our bench look like? Crawford, Daniels, ?, Bender or Anderson, Holmes? Maybe a bit of Melton? Ugly.
