All NBA eyes are on the Bucks tonight. I believe Giannis (and team) show up hungry. Henson has been injured so they are already getting used to playing without him. Delly is a voice that will be missed, but that's about it. Pure speculation, but how much of this is a message to Middleton?

Agreed with this. If it's non-protected the year after Giannis is (hypothetically) gone it could (hypothetically) be a disaster.

I get this but honestly who gives a s***? We have Giannis today so let’s do this today. If he leaves that year it’s a f*** disaster for this franchise regardless of owning picks.

We just unloaded two dudes on horrible contracts who’ve barely contributed to the success this year. We freed up money to have some flexibility this summer. And we added two guys who can actually contribute.

But most importantly imo, Horst is showing Giannis that he’s making win now moves well before the contract starts becoming an issue. The worst thing ever is when a superstar is in his last year and then the GM starts scrambling to make “win now” moves to show how important winning is ala Cleveland last year.

Horst has taken some GD HEAT on this board, and the same goes for the owners. I said it last year, but I think they are annoyed with the Bucks never getting talked about with the Celtics, Raptors and Sixers. These Mfers are billionaires with a B. There’s definitely an ego somewhere and I think they finally got serious.

So f*** it boys. Horst 2020 cuz all signs are pointing to this fedex Mfer keeping Giannis here for good. I’m all in on this dude.

I'd also like to add, that we got rid of BOTH of them for one pick. I figured they'd have to attach an asset to just get off one of their deals, but they got off both!

I celebrate it considering it was 100% Hammonds final decision to sign them to those contracts. Horst managed to get us out of it while obtaining a solid back up PG with a great contract.
