Yeah I think about that when I watch us play the Mavs. Presti is all about above average athleticism.

If John Collins played somewhere besides Atlanta he would get a lot more discussion.

I love Luka too, he is electric, but I do think his lack of explosive athleticism or any imposing physical traits will limit his ceiling. NBA defenses are so good once there is some tape on you to be studied. Hopefully I'm wrong because I like the kid.

He's pretty damn explosive.

And Harden's on court O Rating is 2 full points behind Westbrook. Rockets twitter very quiet.

Is he? I've only seen a handful of games and I didn't get that at all. I got the impression that he is shifty and uses misdirection well, but not explosive.

So good. After all the Melo stuff, and anti-Westbrook propaganda over the last 2 seasons, the Rockets missing the playoffs in a season they were projected to be a top 2 team would be just what the doctor ordered.

He's not vertically explosive, but he changes directions extremely well and stays on balance ala Paul pierce

No doubt Russ can be one of the most frustrating players to watch. I think I would be more frustrated to be a fan of Anthony Davis. Didn’t he have some massive growth spurt in the course of one year? I wonder if something like that is the reason he’s so fragile.

I've heard he played point guard in high school, you know, a few million times.

I'm getting tilted just reading this... He doesn't have any self-awareness.

Kevin Durant said he thinks about the significance and historical impact of the Warriors' legacy if they three-peat this season.

Speaking on Chris Haynes' podcast, Durant said "I know for a fact that we'll all get our jerseys retired. We'll probably all get statues here in front of the Chase Center. We'll be Bay Area legends forever, meaning that people will recognize this team and this run forever in this area. I think about 50 years from now when they have our whole team on the Chase Center floor, or wherever the arena is at that point, all the fans will be cheering for us and reminiscing on those days."

He's trying to speak fame and recognition into existence. Sad to see.

So the Suns were apart of a botched trade only to get Oubre and Rivers....and then they bought him out.

So Oubre costs Rivers remaining salary (12.6 million) plus what’s left on this years contract for him for one year. Then they get the pleasure of having to pay/match Oubre in the summer, when they have multiple young wings that already need minutes.

Suns easily have one of the worst run organizations in the NBA.

There would have been 10 offers that beat that trade if they wouldn’t have been so eager to trade Ariza.
