You can’t wait this out if you’re Masai, Raps haven’t been great despite the record.. the eye test supports it.

21-7 and we haven’t played our best ball . 30 games is a good sample size

As for lowry his new role plays a factor. Seems like his only offense is taking 30 foot 3’s. He’s no longer used in the screen and roll. He still draws a ton of attention from 3 soyoure pretty much expecting him to hit prayers every game.

It seems to me nick doesn’t want him scoring or having much of a usage rate. It’s just get teams in sets and find ibaka/jv thus far.

Anyone who thinks lowry isn't going to play like this in the playoffs is out of their minds. No way kawhi stays back to play with a bum that not only sucks ass for long stretches but continues to cry about the dude you got traded for

Damn that ESPN piece really did a number on our players. I think everyone on our team with the exception of Kawhi really got too big of an EGO after our 20-4 start and all that media attention. Its good to finally be humbled and put all these ego's in check. Maybe now they can actually start taking opponents seriously.

It's tough to make any realistic trade for a star because we don't have a first and since we can't trade any future 1st overall picks because of the Kawhi trade.

It's not just that Lowry is not hitting his shots (the few that he takes), but he's not taking enough shots period. I appreciate the passing, but his passiveness is hurting the team. He is the defacto 2nd best player/2nd option on the team, and by not even taking enough shots to be that 2nd scorer, he is forcing lesser players to become the 2nd option. He is forcing lesser players to take and make more shots. He is forcing lesser players to play above their heads.

Is it farfetch to suggest that Lowry is protesting with his non-shooting, overpassing play?
