I think so. SOS shouldn’t have changed it.

Current SOS.

So we are tucked then. T=F

If the Niners & Cardinals end up with the same record, it'll come down to what the Redskins & the Falcons do for Arizona's schedule and what the VaGiants & the Buccs do for the Niners' schedule.

Niners need the Redskins & Falcons to win at least the same amount of games as the VaGiants & the Buccs do the rest of the year, and they'll win the tie breaker because the Cardinals have a better conference record.

1. Record
2. SOS
3. Conference

The Falcons play the Buccs in Tampa week 17. That game will be huge. However, the Cardinals play the Falcons next week, and that will help the Niners either outcome because a W would put the Cards w/ 4 wins, but a loss would give ATL a win.

Niners still have it (barely).

We have to root for the Falcons & Redskins.

Yes, to whoever it was earlier (I didn't remember the person's name) I'll take whatever you and others have for me within reason for the Kittle stuff. I didn't want him on the team in any capacity.

I still would likely have considerable worry if he was ever divorced from Shanahan's system but that's not a topic for today. And just to shut it down before anything can start, I'm not saying he's entirely a product of Shanahan's system. That's silly.

Some serious credit should go out to Kittle for improving on some of the deficiencies he had coming into the NFL. I'll give him that and end it before I could do a "yeah, but what about his" thing.

I’m rooting for Arizona to beat Atlanta. I’m rooting for Oakland to beat Cinci. Big week.

If Arizona beats the Falcons, I think the #1 overall pick is in the bag. I don't think there's any way the pathetic Niners can beat any of the three playoff teams they're facing the rest of the season. Raiders aren't getting the #1 IMO; think it's down to the Cards or Niners.

Cards winning should just about do it. It helps that we have the tie breaker after SOS, and either they'll win or one of the non-common opponents will this week.

No reason for gloating. Your opinion on players is always appreciated. Anyone who was always right on players could get paid millions working in the NFL because even the best talent evaluators have their misses. I doubt Kittle would fall to the 5th round on a redraft.

Overlooked here is the 49ers nearly lost yet another double digit lead
