Tonight's lineup is probably going to be something like.:

Irving - Smart - Tatum - Morris - Theis
Rozier - Brown - Ojeleye - Baynes/Williams

Horford is out, for at a few games.
Hayward, is still OUT.
Baynes, most likely limited mins.
Yabusele, OUT a few weeks.
Irving, Playing.

I don't think there's any other option.

Robert is fun as a swing of the bat prospect but this is still the NBA and you need players out there that know what they're doing.

That said hopefully if things are going well tonight Baynes doesn't see the court and Robert Williams gets another 15 minutes. His athelticism and at the moment high motor (if he played with that motor in college he'd be a top 5 pick) are a really valuable addition to the lineup full of other atheltic and fast players in the second unit like Brown and Rozier.

All that said.... appeared to be a serious ankle injury?

We got zero information suggesting that. Just goes to show we never get quite accurate details on injuries if the franchise doesn't want others to know.

Kind of good to see Hayward still out, I was really disappointed in his last game where he looked really tentative and ineffectual scoring wise. But it may have just been he was really worn out by the flu.

For how much of a dumpster fire the Wizards are, I'll never count them out.

In 2017-2018 we were 1-3 against them, with the single win requiring OT

I suppose the silver lining is that we were 0-2 against NOP that same season and are 2-0 this season... BUT still, I refuse to mail this one in as a guaranteed W.

I’d start Williams and tell Kyrie to attack the basket at will. It’s either gonna lead to a layup or a timelord dunk

I agree with you. I think this will go either one of two ways: either it will be a blowout win for us that is essentially decided by halftime, or it will be an absolute nail-biter. The Wizards are a bad team, but they have enough talent in the backcourt to make you take them somewhat seriously, especially with Horford and Hayward both out.

This is sort of a trap game. For some reason Beal and Otto Porter love to play their best at home against the Celtics. Good thing there isn’t Gortat setting what seemed like 3 picks every play the last few season mainly for Beal to hurt us. Celtics need to continue to bully teams right from the tip.

While I like the British version, the US spin of The Office is definitely one of the greats. I swear it's popularity grows year by year as a cult classic as we're spiraling into this insane age of extreme political correctness. I forget if it was a writer, producer or cast member that stated that they couldn't of got away with what they were doing in this modern day.

Especially considering Horford's situation I wish they'd be more cautious with Baynes. Theis and Williams IMO can handle the role against the Wiz.

It's time to Wiz on these guys. Don't give them any hope of making the playoffs.

Not sure why they're Starting Baynes.
I go with Theis, and Baynes and Williams off the Bench.

I kind of liked this Bryant kid (Indiana University) the Wiz play at center. I know he was a second round pick and has already been waived by one NBA team, but I liked his measurables and skillset.

I agree that Theis and Williams can handle the center minutes tonight. I would not push AB too hard too quick.
