Okc is going to have to get Adams going on the Offensive end tonight if they are going to win and hopefully wear Ad down or get him in foul trouble.

Randle is a tough matchup for grant.

Totally agree but grant will also be a tough matchup for Randle on the offensive side i think they will cancle each other out! Ad and Adams is the matchup im worried about.

russ can't even beat tim frazier off the dribble. you can tell he has zero confidence in taking jump shots. he's looking worse and worse not better.

Your worries are getting confirmed (if you can say that after 5 minutes). Poor rotations to defend Davis in the pick-and-roll.

Randle defends (and struggles a bit against) Adams.

I think this will be a tough game, New Orleans regularly plays good against us.

I think we should have started Noel tonight but we will see.Just like the matchups better defensively.

That just proves we are better off with schroder shooting threes than attempting lobs.

Man, obviously something is wrong, but Russ has to get it together soon or we're going to plummet.
“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.

the fact that he seems to be looking worse as time goes on is what concerns me most. this is what? 11 or 12 games since he came back?

I dont know if russ is declining physically (I think he is) but he looks like he’s declining mentally. He plays like he’s inside his own head. He’s basically a 60% ft shooter, 20% 3P shooter, can’t get to the basket right now, makes stupid gambles on defense and has been a turnover machine. The free throw shootings struggles are one of the strangest things I’ve ever seen.

Feels like New Orleans is going to blow this open at any point.
