If I was Pills I'd be looking at this Jabari Parker situation.

If the plan really is 2019 FA and Durant, I would talk to the Bulls about THJ since their contracts are about similar (THJ earns 3 million or so less but for a couple more years).

THJ would help them out tremendously if they like volume shooters.

Edit: Would THJ's trade kicker even the contracts between the two? Then you can do a straight up trade.

I don't necessarily want Jabari nor do I want this franchise to be the "fixers" of players. I want us to develop our own draft picks instead trying to "fix" the Mudiays, Hezonjas, Burkes, Vonlehs of the world.
