With Rousey you can see the natural talent, the fluidity, everything. However, her matches are highly rehearsed and/or called by veterans. The match at Survivor Series was good because Charlotte was able to absorb the match layout meant for Becky very quickly and then work the match as a replacement.
And yes, Charlotte is extremely respected by everyone in the company. She may be overpushed in terms of all the free title shots she gets but I don't doubt every woman in the company looks up to her looking by how they work with her. Charlotte is also the only woman Asuka truly works Japan-stiff against on the main roster, so that's an indication that she sees Charlotte as someone at the very top of the food chain. Charlotte may not be the most technically skilled or the best promo but I think nobody can question her work ethic and willingness to take high amounts of damage to put someone over now.

Yes, she's improving but her matches aren't super amazing like people make them out to be. They're good sure. I will say, that Nia and Ronda do seem to have good chemistry in the ring and people are so quick to dump all over Nia but she's not nearly as bad as everyone makes her out to be.
Literally the only good matches Nia has ever put on are with Asuka and Ronda. Everything else she has done has been bad. She's a bad worker. She can barely move in there, she's dangerous (she's hurt at least four women thus far, and she was very sloppy during her match with Ronda too), she's weak for her size (which plays a part in her being dangerous), and she can't cut a decent promo to save her life. There is zero reason for her to be employed by the WWE, especially on the main roster, outside of nepotism.
As for Ronda, she's basically only had good matches since coming to WWE, so naturally people are excited about her. She bumps and sells like a champ already and moves with an athletic fluidity that only a handful of the other women can match (mostly the few girls who worked the indies plus Charlotte). She dragged Nia kicking and screaming to a decent match the way only a few women on the roster can. Nia's good matches have basically been with Asuka and Ronda. Asuka, of course, is one of the best female wrestlers in the entire world, and is probably better in the ring than a good chunk of WWE's male wrestlers. You're only getting a good match out of Nia if you either book it absolutely perfectly (because she generally sucks in the ring) or if you put her with a great worker.
Asuka can carry Nia to a good match, because Asuka could wrestle a good match with anyone. Ronda just did the same, which says a hell of a lot more about Ronda than it does about Nia, because Nia is garbage.

Just want to commend Rousey for that crossbody on Nia. Takes a lot of guts for a "rookie".
Really impressed with her progression and steep learning curve.
