Well if you put 2 all stars on any team they could be considered a threat.

A threat? Haha 2 all stars with Ayton, Booker and Warren would be 2nd in the west behind Warriors.

They had a really hard schedule to open the year. They started the season playing vets that didn't play hard or really want to be there.
They're gettijg healthy.

They won't have the worst record at the end of the season.

if they dont get williamsson or barrett, they will be at the bottom for a longer time.

They played a very difficult schedule and are finally getting to play bad teams, hence the 4 straight wins. I think Oubre will be a good fit...nice young team with more help coming through the draft.

unless they go on some miraculous run, I anticipate some "mysterious unspecified lingering injury" will pop up for Booker or Warren or Ayton shortly after all-star break.

Suns will be legit.

Not this year, though.

They're not the bottom team in the league anymore, I didn't think they were going to be dead last in the NBA anyway. I see them 4-7 in draft standings. They already have their 2 young stars and a couple good young pieces. Desperately need a point guard, draft BPA always and get a good coach. I don't see any stars going to them but if they overpay for a Tobias Harris etc then I can see it. They should throw the max at Kyrie and Kemba, Kemba might bite. That would be a pretty good squad .

Not going to lie, i thought the Suns would battle for the 8th seed before the season. I'm going to blame booker being in and out of the lineup for their horrible record and ONLY that lol.

Winning these useless games is actually horrible for them in the long run. You add Zion or RJ barrett to this core, I honestly think it could be an elite team in about 3/4 years. By then I'd assume they'd have a real PG lol.

The Suns have done themselves a massive favour by getting rid / refusing to play the washed-up vets - Chandler, Ariza and Anderson. Players who didn't want to be there, and had basically checked out / stopped playing with any fire or enthusiasm. Crawford of course has been a massive surprise - mostly thanks to his infectious enthusiasm for the game.

The Suns are now slowly starting to build an identity as a young, athletic team with a lot of hustle and energy. Melton, Holmes, Bridges and Jackson have really transformed the Suns' defense over the last 5-10 games. Now they get to add Oubre to that mix as well.

Add Booker and Warren finally getting healthy, and Ayton showing steady improvement in all facets of his game (especially defense), and you get a team that'll compete most nights.

After the terrible start to the season, that's pretty much what the Suns fans want. In the larger scheme of things this season, they're still going to be capped out at about 30 wins, but if they get there building a culture of high-energy, competitive basketball, there's going to be a lot to come from them in the next couple of years.

Shout out to Kokoskov as well, who's shown tremendous patience through a really rough opening phase by sticking to his offensive principles. The defense is starting to show. Next up hopefully is an increase in offensive efficiency.

Also, the suns are undefeated since Sarver allegedly said he would move the team.
I'm convinced this is a "Major League" situation and there's a cutout of Sarver in the locker room.

Ayton is looking really good. I have him and Booker on my fantasy so I've been following the team, definitely a bright future for the duo. They're still super young, they're going to add another big name this next draft and Suns fans should probably look forward to this team in a few years....you know....unless the owner f*cks it up.
