Relax
Nets and Magic has had their win streaks too
In fact Nets has the longest winning streak out East now since Pacers lost.
Suns look good.
If they can maintain looking this good and winning close to 35..
I think they can attract FA stars finally.

Perfect balance of offense (Booker, Ayton, Warren) and defense (Melton, Bridges, Ayton (been a stud the last month defensively)).
This is the team people were hoping to see at the start of the year.
Very excited about Melton getting a shot. Was on my radar for a while and was hoping we’d get him somehow.

Even the guys who've just won 4 in a row? Seems counterintuitive.
whats a 4 game streak when your at the bottom already , only direction they can go is up but.....
trading your top free agent acquistion and your former dpoy veteran backup center who should be mentoring your #1 draft pick center is all im saying....i digress
The top FA acquisition was always going to be a very short term asset. Ariza was going to be traded before the end of the season. As for the mentoring by Chandler, he hasn't done any since he's been in a Suns uniform.

If anything, I wish we would have cut terms with Chandler before the season even started. Holmes have already shown more than Chandler did in 3 years in Phoenix and we would have been able to sign Melton to a longer contract. Idk what Chandler people have been watching, but he is far far away from the dpoy player he once was.
I Dont wanna be here

are we calling the celtics a "big dawg? they are liek 5th or 6th in the east.
2nd worst record in the league... 4 game streak is nice but hard t call a team legit who is battling for the #1 pick

They were 9-3 at home before this game.

I'm convinced this is a "Major League" situation and there's a cutout of Sarver in the locker room.

Re: Are the suns Legit?
Suns are legit. But their job is to get high pick.
Owner came in to locker room, said win 5 games in a row so people get their hopes up and then keep on tanking.

Terrible thinking. The Suns desperately need to win, to establish a winning culture and let their young guys experience winning. No team which has been built through the draft became a contender over one off-season, you almost certainly go through periods of relative mediocrity. It's a terible strategy to just decide to go into tank mode after rough starts with young teams. Otherwise, this circle is just going to repeat itself over and over again (especially the Suns should know by now that drafting high doesn't guarantee anything). The Suns should take every win they can get, and worry about the draft when it's there.

Nobody said he doesn't have what it takes to be a great defender. People had issues with commitment on that side of the floor. He has really stepped it up as of late. At the start of the year he was targeted A LOT because of his lack of effort

I can't say they are legit, but they finally look a lot better after getting healthy, learning the complexities of the offense, and having their toughest schedule ease up. There is almost no chance they climb out of the bottom 5 and the odds for bottom 3 are 14% chance each at top pick, 4th is 12.5% and 5th is 10.5%, so odds are not significantly different for each of the bottom 5, or even bottom 6 or 7 once you look at odds of jumping in top 4...after the top 5, odds increase with each pick to move up after the 1st pick (for pick 2,3 and 4 drawings), because it takes a team out of the pool.
http://www.tankathon.com/pick_odds
They are at a time in their rebuild where wins and confidence are more important than trying to lose, especially since odds are not a significant drop off like previous years where it was 25%, 19.6% and 15% for 1 to 3 and dropping significantly with each pick thereafter as well.

Re: Are the suns Legit?
TJ Warren adding a 3pt shot is a big + for them.
He went from grossly overpaid player (in my opinion) to very interesting offensive player now.

He's only making 12mil/year. Even without the 3 point shot he developed in the off season, he was a highly efficient 20ppg scorer last year. He has one of the most team friendly contracts in the NBA.
