No quests needed. Just have to talk to Turael near Burthorpe. You're higher level than you should be at lvl 1 Slayer so I forget if you have to complete 1 of his tasks first or if you can just talk to him and then get a task from a higher level slayer master like Vannaka. Might wanna google where to find them. There's an old school runescape wiki for almost everything related to the game so you can use that for a lot of information, that's what I do.

Be prepared for some really boring early levels though. These mans will have you killing like level 15 Cave Bugs sometimes.

You can also do Wilderness slayer which is interesting. When you kill monsters you're assigned to kill in the Wilderness they have like a 1/100 chance to drop an item that's worth 150k so some people like to do that for early levels so they at least make some money. But obviously it's in the Wilderness so people can kill you.
