He is, he's even worse than Timmy from last year. Dude is a net negative player that does nothing well.

Doncic has the 2nd highest eFG% and TS% in the clutch. He looked ready to punch someone.

\What do they Bull want for him?
For us to go on a 10 game winning streak for cap space.
Why not give them a second rounder? This time around it makes sense.

No surprise here but the way Doncic carries himself on an NBA court has "winner" written all over it. He is the realest of deals.
He may very well win a championship as a team's top player while players like Kemba, AD, KP might never fulfil that potential. He really looks that good. Not saying he doesn't need help, but he just goes and wins games.

Is "Donic's athleticism may not translate to star level in the NBA" still a thing?

I remember it was "he won't be able to pull of those stepback moves against NBA defense".

Despite what I said earlier, he's still one of the worst isolation-defenders in the league.

Yes
I love Donic, but let’s not act like he doesn’t have areas where he struggles.
People love talking defense bit get mum on him.

Yes he is. His conditioning is a thing too. Boo is chubby for real though.

I can’t believe that kid Doncic is THIS good already. I mean damn he was hyped to high hell and he has delivered.

Wiggins is a better athlete and a more willing defender.
He’s boo boo on offense(and defense) though.

Not hard to tell at all. He has actual skill. If you can handle the rock and actually have a jumper to go with it, then you too will have success in the NBA.

He does pretty much everything on offense.
Guys like him, Harden, Jokic will get a pass for not playing D because they are everything on offense -- including running the offense and playmaking.

He does pretty much everything on offense.
Guys like him, Harden, Jokic will get excuses for not playing D because they are everything on offense -- including running the offense and playmaking.
And yet they will win nothing because that excuse is made.
I watched Harden lay on the ground after a turn over while knowing his guy had ran back for the easy bucket.
He’s not winning a ring.
Nash got ths excuse too. Didn’t win a ring.
My fav too.
Gotta play defense. They better get that into LD’s brain while he’s young.

Kid won everything he could at every stage of his career and he's 19. And when I say everything, I mean everything. Only Michael Jordan, Oscar Robertson and Grant Hill had a better rookie season statistically and they were all at least 2 years older than him.
He's a born winner so he'll win even if he ends up just an average defender. And he's really not that bad on defense right now either.

Didn't they say the same thing about Melo when he came into the league? he had won at Syracuse and dominated LBJ. it was only a matter of time before he won an NBA chip
