Damn I didn’t realize he was 6’7”, 210. I love Trae’s passing but his extreme lack of size, strength, and length may prove to be too fatal a flaw. Players his size usually cut their teeth in the league as bench ball pressurers (Barea, Collison, Beverly, Dennis, etc). and we all know that will never be remotely part of his game. At least he can hang his hat on being a better shot blocker and offensive rebounder than Taurean.

Trae is the size of his prototype but he has to adjust to big PGs who know how to defend PGs like Trae. Sato has given a lot of guys issues

You mean Nash, HOFer who never reached a Finals?

Zeke won two. That's who Trae is most like. Stockton been to two Finals. That's more than any other Hawk who played in Atlanta and not St. Louis. In fact, we still haven't achieved success without Al in our franchise history.

It’s encouragaing that Trae is having an impact on the game even when the shot isn’t falling, and that he’s not forcing 3s when it isn’t falling. I’ll take 5 points and 9 assists as one of his bad games any day.

Collins should be getting serious all star consideration and it’s killing me that he isn’t because his team is piss poor and because his name is generic
